As you step inside, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open-concept living area that is perfect for spending quality time with your family and friends. The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect setting for movie nights or simply relaxing after a long day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests, making it the ideal spot for family dinners or special occasions.

Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully decorated with cozy furnishings and plush bedding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all.

Outside, you'll find a covered porch that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The Beach Club Cottages community offers a wealth of amenities, including a private beach, multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and much more. These amenities are part of the daily Beach Club amenity charge.

You may access some of the amenities at the resort that are not at the Clubhouse. These include walking trails, beach accesses, and more!

For an additional fee, you can enjoy the Clubhouse Amenities. These include the Clubhouse's fitness center, indoor pool, clubhouse outdoor pool, arcade, Sand Island, and onsite activities located here for children and adults.

Daily Amenity Charge Paid On-Site for The Clubhouse Amenities Access. One fee per property, not per person. Onsite Management can change these so use as a guide:
Day 1 - $48 (1 day $48 total)
Day 2 - $46 (2 days $92 total)
Day 3 - $44 (3 days $132 total)
Day 4 - $42 (4 days $168 total)
Day 5 - $40 (5 days $200 total)

Check-in was quick and easy. Beautiful new house. Check-out was easy as well, we were not required to do a bunch of cleanup (we left it clean anyways)

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to beach. We loved our stay would definitely rent again. Lots of space and nice patio area. Loved the trails

Golf trip

We had a great time. I had a guys golf trip so I brought my wife and our Aussiedoodle. The place was great with plenty of room and all of the amenities we would need. Location was great and had a number of great restaurants within 7 miles. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful

The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 8 children. Everyone had a bed and enough space to spread out. The walk to the beach was lovely and we loved watching the turtles and the alligator in the neighborhood. We hope to be back!

Girls Golf trip

The property is lovely and new. The bathrooms were very nice and beds comfortable. I wish we would have had a few more supplies like 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, an extra roll of paper towels, ice and maybe some bottled water. The room with the two bunks needs window covering. All said we would stay again. The location is perfect to the Fort Morgan golf courses.

Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Little Birds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The parking is very slim. The only things I would suggest is blinds or curtains over the windows and doors for privacy and a little more security. Also, we had a hard time trying to watch tv because someone from a previous stay left their account on their and it had a PIN code that we did not know. Overall, this was a much needed getaway and would stay again!!

Good location but house is not ideal for large groups.

The house advertises as able to sleep 16 people. The size of the house is adequate, but there are only 16 towels, 16 plates/cups, etc. The kitchen has enough cookware for one family but we couldnā€™t cook multiple things at the same time and had to wash dishes after every meal. The house was a bit dirty too, which we reported at check in. Couch has stains, bedding had what appeared to be blood stains, and the kitchen had cracks at the top of the cabinets and the wood on the edge of the island kept falling off. Itā€™s hard to keep the house cool during the day with 16 people. With a smaller group it would have probably been fine. The location was nice because you could walk to the beach pretty easily, but the patio/backyard is treacherous if you have young kids. Itā€™s a steep drop off into a marshy area. Lastly, the house comes with 2 parking passes and you can purchase 2 more for a fee. With 16 people driving from various areas we had 5 cars, so again not ideal if you have a large group. We would definitely come back and stay at this same resort area because itā€™s very nice and family friendly, but not at this particular house. Shout out to the maintenance team though. Batteries were missing from the TV remotes when we arrived and he came out first thing the next morning to bring us some!

3 Little Birds is Perfect in Every Way

We drive to 30A in Florida each year from Louisiana and decided to cut two hours off of our drive and try Fort Morgan, Alabama instead. We were not familiar with the area before this trip. I came across 3 Little Birds online and decided to take a chance and we were NOT disappointed. The house is beautiful. Nice appliances and fully stocked kitchen. We loved the outdoor kitchen. The floor plan and location of the house was perfect. The master bath was as nice as the Ritz Carlton. There is easy access to the beach and pools. You can walk, take the tram or you can drive a very short distance and park at the nearby clubhouse. There's a sports bar/restaurant with an arcade, food trucks and so many activities on the property. It was a short drive to Gulf Shores or Foley when we wanted to shop or go out for dinner. It was hard to leave and we are already securing dates for 2024. We can't wait to go back to 3 Little Birds, but staying longer next year.

Details

The location was great and we really liked the house layout, the company was very quick at responding to communiations. Some things I missed in the listing was that the tennis courts and indoor pool are NOT part of the included amenities, and we had to pay extra to use those, (which was my oversight). The other details that surprised my husband and I, is that, after the inital "starter pack" you recieve for check in (ONE dishwasher pod, 1 dishcloth, 2 kitchen towels), guests are expected to buy their own, and that also includes paper towels and toilet paper regardless if you are staying 2 weeks or 3 days. It was irritating, because when you rent a house for 6 days with 12 people, presumably youā€™ll be running the dishwasher more than once, use up all the toilet paper (which we did), and definitely need fresh kitchen cloths& towels. The housekeeping management was kind enough to bring us extra towels and some laundry soap, but we had to buy extra of the rest. Overall, the beach area and facilities were clean and well maintained, friendly staff, and we would come back.

The best beach house we ever had!

This is our number 1 favorite hoouse we ever had. It is located only about 4 minutes walk from the beach. Private access to the beach and also you will have acces to the pools. Already recommended this house to everyone. It is brand new, wonderful, luxurious house. It's a 2 story house, nicely decorated with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Huge kitchen and everythingin it. All Brand-new appliances, small cookware, 2 type coffee maker, crackpot, even air fryer. All you want. Big gas stove and big fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Huge bedrooms with big full bathrooms, nice and very comfortable mattresses all of them. Brand new washer and dryer as well. Tvs in most bedrooms and you can watch anything on tv. All you want! There is a huge back porch with natural gas grill with nice relaxing chairs on it. We love to grill every day so this is a huge plus for us. There is a ton of natural light! There is a small storage in the house with some beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, toys so we used them every day. The management in charge was super helpful and always very responsive! I would absolutely recommend this house! I couldn't think of anything negative or bad about this house. Also loved the community. It is very quiet and not crowded at all. All the houses there are Brand-new. The beach is so clean and the ocean water is very clear, Not many people. We had perfect vacation in a perfect house. Thank you šŸ˜Š
