I really appreciate you pointing out the cobwebs in the game room. We’ll make sure that gets some extra attention so it’s cleaner and more inviting for future guests. The waterway is a natural creek, and conditions can change with fallen trees, debris, and changing water levels. While we can’t control the natural conditions of the creek, we understand that this affected your experience and will look at how we can better communicate the current water conditions to guests so expectations are clear. We also appreciate you bringing the game room and equipment to our attention.
