This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)

• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Location and master were the only pluses

First of all, I had to call to get the check in pin. I called multiple times because no one answered. Initially I requested the pool to be heated, I used to live in AZ and knew the pool would still be chilly. They advised it wasn’t recommended. I then asked if we can ensure it was heated, but they completely ignored my request. The pool was in fact chilly and we didn’t get to use it much - which was the whole reason we chose this location. Second, I inquired about an early check in. I know it wasn’t promised, but they should have let me know the status. Instead, they messaged me back AFTER checkout and said they early check in was 4pm. Which was the original check in time. The property communication was not clear, they referred to me by a different name and some of the messages weren’t clear. The pool was not clean. I also advise everyone to ask for the rental agreement upon booking. They sent it to me the day before check in to sign and it stated they have the right to enter the property without notice for maintenance, fire, “or anything else”. And, they did. We thought for sure they wouldn’t but we noticed things moved around the house when we’d leave. I’d still recommend this place for the location and if you’re ok with lack of communication. The location was minutes from downtown Scottsdale and that was a huge factor for us. The master bath was great and had a door to the back yard. Really convenient. They had all the cookware we needed which was another plus.

Birthday

It was located right where we wanted, hoever, I paid for the pool to be heated, and called them the morning of to make sure it was heated and it was cold when I arrived. I called and they said they would call me back when they would send someone over but no once ever called or showed so I would like a refund of me $114.00 to heat the pool for the 2 days we were there and could not use the pool.

Amazing!!

This property was just the perfect place to be in Scottsdale! Less than 10 minutes to go anywhere! The property was homey and spacious and just beautiful! Pool was the best and everyone had so much fun! I highly recommend everyone stays here at least once when visiting Scottsdale! Also, the host was fantastic and got back to text messages right away! 10/10

Great Place to Hang Out and Relax

We stayed for an extended weekend to watch some spring training games. The location was very convenient. The house was fantastic. It had everything that we needed and was such a great place to hang out and enjoy the pool/yard. We were pleasantly surprised to see how well-stocked the kitchen was with spices and seasonings.

nice but not so nice.

This property could be so much more. It was not clean upon arrival, although you pay a fee for cleaning. It lacked items to clean with and lacked basics of toilet paper etc. that one would expect. There was issue with the plumbing that was not addressed in timely manner, and we had to clean up the mess that was left behind with plumber issue. Just would expect more for what it cost.

Good for the price- nice house layout, small issues

First I will say that the layout of this home is perfect for a group travelling together. We were 9 for a bachelorette and it was perfect. The home is decorated nicely and it worked well for our needs. While there are 3 king size beds, among others, they were not the most comfortable. They weren't awful, but not great. There were no garbage cans anywhere other than the kitchen, yet there were signs in the bathrooms not to flush anything. The host was aware we were a group of 9 woman travelling and to not have garbage cans in the bathrooms was seriously strange. A small complaint, but a broken soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms was also a headache for the large group we were. Property is in ok condition, but know that it is quite old and dated and the photos make it look much newer and shinier than it actually is. However, it is decorated beautifully and the layout of the home made it perfect for a large group. One thing that renters should be aware of- the home is located in a neighborhood that is not welcoming to vacation rentals. When you enter the neighborhood there are signs in protest of vacation rentals and the neighbors were not friendly. Difficult to feel safe when you're unwanted. It is an older neighborhood and likely would have felt quite safe if not for the signs in protest. We were given an email address to communicate with the host. Communication was slow and required some follow ups, but we did get a response. Great fireplace and sitting area in the backyard by the pool. In the evening, the pool lighting creates a really nice vibe. We requested the pool to be heated and paid for same. We were charged for a full 4 days of the heated pool even though we had to check out at 10am on the 4th day. The pool heat was not turned on for us. After 2 days of waiting for it to heat after turning it on ourselves, we realized the heater was broken and we had to have maintenance attend. We are unsure if this fixed the problem because we checked out the next morning (it was still cold last we checked) but the fee was refunded. Overall, if this is your budget, it's a great home and I would recommend, even with the little issues we had. We had an amazing time and the house did it's job- somewhere to sleep and somewhere to swim!

Nice Staycation

This was a nice staycation. Once the reservation was made it was open lines of communication right from the beginning. A rep from the Mgmt company (Rebl Rentals) called to welcome me and offered concierge services which I used to book a massage. Once I arrived at the location, one lock didn’t work at all, the code given did not work on either door. It took about 10 minutes to fix the issue. During the inspection the house was clean it was just long hairs all over the place( beds, bathroom, kitchen). The decor was fabulous! The layout was well thought out. Very cozy and plenty of space. The beds were not that comfortable, needed something between the mattress and the slats on the bed frame. The showers were terrible!! Low water pressure and not very well thought out placement. No stopper for the tub so couldn’t take a bath. Upon arrival the pool was filthy, but by morning it was clean. The pool vacuum cannot reach the whole pool so one side has literal dirt pileup. However, great deep pool with plenty of Floaties and seating. The real prize was the patio. Very comfortable beautiful design great for family time outside or quiet chill moments to watch the sun rise/set. Minor hiccups like spending the first day on phone fixing issues with internet (I ended up calling Cox and fixing after waiting hours for the company to do anything), getting locked out d/t them not knowing there was a lock on the patio door and sending someone out to fix. However there was always open communication. If it weren’t for the uncomfortable beds and terrible showers, I’d definitely stay again. The pool, living rooms, patio, and customer service make it a good stay.

More than I was hoping for!

Such a wonderful experience from the start! Very swift replies to any questions I had, especially with the ability to quickly call the property management. The home was so lovely, supplied with everything you need. Our favorite part was hanging out in the backyard and by the pool, even opting to stay at the house more than going out. Thank you for everything!

Loved this house! So cute and great for a group! Pool and outside patio area were so nice! In a great location close to food and convenience stores! Short ride to Old Town, shops, and restaurants!

Wonderful backyard and large house!

Nice accommodations and the backyard is awesome! Large pool and patio...super cute design on backyard wall!! The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable!
