Just the Ticket is a luxury vacation rental in Destiny by the Sea, situated just one block (a one minute walk of 33 yds.) from the beach access. The property was remodeled in November 2016 with all new appliances in the chef's kitchen, new showers and sinks in the bathrooms, and various upgrades throughout. Located within the gates of Destin's premier private neighborhood, guests will have access to the community pool and hot tub and well as the community beach access. The home is also in walking distance to the popular seafood restaurant, The Crab Trap.

The first floor features a kitchenette, bunk room, and king suite. Guests residing on the first floor will have access to a beverage cooler, microwave, and sink in the kitchenette. They can enjoy the convenience of preparing snacks without traveling upstairs to the main kitchen on the second floor. Off of the kitchenette is a door leading to the side yard with an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.

The bunk room on the first floor offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed with twin trundle. This room is fitted with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player. The second bedroom, the king suite, features a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. This spacious king suite also contains a sitting area with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. The sofa folds out into a queen sleeper. The king suite and bunk room share a large bathroom with dual sinks, a standalone shower with custom tile work, and a private water closet. Although the bedrooms share a bathroom, both rooms have separate entrances (i.e. it's not necessary to walk through one bedroom to get to the other).

The second floor of the home holds the chef's kitchen, living room, dining area, and a king suite. The chef's kitchen is a highlight of this luxury home. With natural-finish marble counters, brand-new Kitchen Aid appliances in stainless steel, a six-burner gas range, and an extra wide stove this kitchen is a culinary master's dream! All utensils and appliances are provided, including a Keurig, coffee pot, knife block, toaster, and microwave. The dining area provides seating for 8, and additional seating can be found at the kitchen barstools or alfresco dining on the balcony for 6. When it's time to relax, guests can head to the living room made cozy by décor in soft colors, a large couch, and additional sofa chairs. A 42” flat screen TV with sound bar provides entertainment.

The king suite on the third floor has wood flooring, a king bed with a custom wooden bed frame, and a private bathroom with a standalone shower. The master suite takes up the entirety of the third floor. This spacious suite offers a balcony with 2 chaise lounges and two chairs, a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. At the foot of the king bed, there is a bench seat. There is also a flat-screen TV, a study desk, and a walk-in closet. The master suite's private bathroom is also very large with a jetted tub, a glass-paned shower with two shower heads, a private water closet, and dual sinks.
