Family-friendly villa in Four Corners with water park.
Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes. It has its own large private drive to the house with parking for 5 cars plus. If it is space you require then this villa has over 2800sq ft of living space comprising of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 separate lounges, private safe, modern fully equipped kitchen, ping pong and football table in garage. It has flat screen tvs in all bedrooms with cable, DVD player and DVDs, books good docking station, pool area has a 30ft - 17ft pool with covered Lanai, south facing pool, with sun from dawn to dusk. Only 15 mins to Disney theme parks, 30 mins to Universal Studios, Outlet shops and Malls. The villa is 5 mins drive to I4 motorway which gives easy access to the east coast which includes Daytona, Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre 60 mins, the west coast which includes Clearwater (75 mins), St Petes (75 mins) and Naples (2 hours). Plenty of golf courses with the nearest being 2 mins away.
Please note the pool is heated by extracting warm air through the heat exchanger which allows water to flow through and warmer water enters the pool. These heat exchangers are common in the rental market. We cannot guarantee that the sun shines everyday, but can be a blessing to have during the winter months and a pool cover for night to retain some heat for the following morning.

This was one of the nicest houses we've stayed in in Florida! It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean when we arrived, and there were relatively few bugs (a common problem in Florida). All the rooms were spacious, with comfortable furniture and beds. The pool was also very clean and a good size to swim laps. There were ample pool toys for our use. It was nicely fenced in and very private.

Oasis away from the "STORM" of "disney "

Don't get ne wrong..."disney etc is greatl! Here you are close enough yet far enough away to be in a peaceful relaxed environment. The Villa is not a Disney themed place as it's more Home from Home.

Looking for a great villa, look no further

Where do I start!! The owners are lovely and great with their comms. Villa is excellent and well equipped with everything you need. We have been to Orlando 6 times and this is the best villa by far. Would work well for 2 families with 4 bedrooms on the ground floor including a great master, and then another large bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom. Great pool, clean and plenty of seating and the games room in the garage is great for evenings in. TVā€™s everywhere and good Wi-Fi. Stop looking just book it!!

Lovely villa in a very quiet peaceful location

Villa is lovely with a private pool which is not overlooked. Very spacious inside with a very large master bedroom. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs which is almost like a separate flat. Driveway is huge with lots of space for many cars!. Everything in the house you need for a lovely break. Weather was scorching so the pool was very welcome. Very close to all Disney parks, Walmart, supermarkets, restaurants etc., universal was a bit further, maybe 30 mins (depending on traffic). Great holiday

Unfortunately we experienced some roaches on a bed and had to spray. It cause use not to had the amount of bed we anticipated. We are senior citizens and expected to have railings in the bathrooms and showers.

Florida Villa Family Vacation

Great stay at this property. The home is spacious and well laid out for our needs. Comfortable furnishings! We were in contact with the property managers, and they were exceptional. The home is of an age that the window coverings need to be replaced; louvers are missing or broken on several windows. When we contacted the property managers, they were over to repair some within hours! Great service! They also fixed a couple of lamps that were not working. The kitchen is well supplied with most items for meal preparation but suggest that a hand mixer, muffin pans and a couple more pots/pans be added to the kitchen! (We bought a hand mixer and muffin pan for our use but it would be convenient if these were in the house.) We gave a rating of 3 on cleanliness. It is difficult for cleaning staff to do a thorough job unless the property is vacant between families. Suggestions: light fixtures need to be cleaned, the furniture in the great room needs to be pulled out and swept underneath, windows are in dire need of washing to note a few.) The garage has been converted to a games room which is well supplied and also has several extra items like a highchair, stroller, etc. Very convenient for young families. . All in all, we would recommend this property to others.

Excellent villa

This property has everything, a real home from home. The pool and pool deck are large with ample seating and loungers. Plenty of entertainment in the games room with table football, pool and table tennis, TVs in all rooms and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and a lounge area which can easily accommodate nine or more in comfort. We highly recommend this home.

Great House with Lots of Room

The house was just as listed - perfect for our stay in the Orlando area. We were always on the Lanai - loved it was covered and kept us out of the sun and rain. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were awesome with their communication. Travel time to Universal is about an hour with traffic. Plan ahead. Thank you for an amazing visit.

Awesome stay in great villa

Had a great stay in 300 Ballyshannon, good location (multiple choice of close supermarkets), responsive replies from the owners (thanks Alan), great to have smart TVs in every bedroom (Disney + kept the kids entertained in the evening) and of course the fantastic pool which what the sun all day :) Would highly recommend and I would go back again

Very Nice!

Our stay was very nice. But for a few minor issues, which were rectified promptly, we were very happy with our stay. Owners were very communicative and provided prompt responses to our questions. The house was as advertised and was very nice. We had an issue with the fencing around the pool, which was out of the owners control, but they rectified as quickly as possible.

Great Vacation

We all had a great vacation at Alan and Rosalindā€™s house. It was big enough for all of us. Thank you so much for everything. Despite the pool heat not working for some of the stay my boys enjoyed the pool. Alan communicated immediately that a part for the pool was ordered and due to it being COVID it took more time than expected, but he communicated any updates. Once the pool heat was working and the pool warmed up thatā€™s where you could find us all! Again thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

The home is situated at the start of a quiet Claude sac with no through traffic a very quiet area. The home is not overlooked at the rear with privacy for the pool too.
A short walk back to the circle junction which you can find childrenā€™s play area . The home is only 30 mins from the Disney Parks and only a few minutes away from large supermarkets.
