Highlights

Step inside this brand new (2024), gorgeous, beach front home and all your vacation dreams will come true! All In is a 5-bedroom home located in desirable Morgantown, so you'll not only be staying right on the beach, but you'll also have access to two neighborhood pools as well as tennis/pickleball courts. The home is pet friendly and so is the beach so the entire family can join in the fun! Pro Tip: Is your group larger than 18? Consider booking All In Too also! Located right next door, All In Too has an identical floor plan with 5 bedrooms and sleeps 18.

The Space

The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is the massive, beach front deck. The deck was designed to appeal to sun worshippers as well as those the prefer the shade, so everyone is happy.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and beautiful tile flooring is throughout the home. You'll find a large dining table as well as counter seating and additional counter seating at the sofa table. Since you can never have too much ice, guests will really appreciate the free-standing commercial ice maker!

There are 3 bedrooms with king beds and private baths, a full over full bunk room, and another bunk room with 2 full over full bunks and its own bath - perfect for the kids.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. All in is pet friendly and so are the Morgantown beaches so the whole family can join in the fun!

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

* One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day.

Our stay at All In was great! The check in process was easy and the property manager (Dee Dee) was very helpful. The beach house is situated in the best spot to catch the sunrise and sunset every day! We will be back!

We enjoyed it! Beautiful scenery !

Pros: absolutely beautiful home and view. Right on the beach, beds were the comfiest weā€™ve ever stayed in!! There was also easy access to the beach, a beautiful balcony & a grill available.Itā€™s all about the view for us so thatā€™s why we gave it 4/5!! Would absolutely recommend this place! Cons: we had a few small issues- shower rod was not installed correctly and fell the first day while I was moving the curtain to get in the bathtub, driveway had a sharp turn and was surrounded by stakes-nearly impossible to use if you have a large SUV and was mostly covered with sand, air conditioning kept being bumped up (assuming this was either preset to do so after a few hrs or host was doing this)

Senior Trip

We loved the property and coming to the beach during the summer! We are usually fall break beach people. The house accommodated our large group with ages ranging from 2-65. Younger group loved the beach and close proximity to the house. Older group enjoyed the deck most days and was able to see the group at the beach which was very nice. Definitely will be back and hope to stay again.

Great Location

This home has a perfect location, directly on a quiet beach! There was plenty of space for our group of 3 families of friends. The home was nice and clean and everything was as described! The only thing I would add to this home would be a doormat at the door to help with wiping sand off of feet. We had a wonderful time and made so many memories!

We had planned a surprise vacation for our parents and had a large number of confirmed family members. Needless to say, we were scrambling to find another place. This one popped up and turned out to be amazing. We had a deck directly on the beach and a community pool close by. The house has everything needed to host a large group of people and not feel crowded. Rooms were large, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and lots of seating. It is a little further away from restaurants but worth the peacefulness on vacation. Would book again.

All In the details

The house was perfect for our group of friends. 3 master bedrooms made everyone so comfortable, and the amount of bathrooms made it perfect (no sharing). The property manager was so helpful when we thought the ice maker wasn't working properly. End result was the ice had frozen in the top before dropping. Once we got that off, it ran perfect the remainder of the trip. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect Beach Winter Getaway

Exactly what we were looking for right on the beach! Loved the large family room open to kitchen/dining with huge TV and electric fireplace, all overlooking the beach. Perfect sunset views from the family room and deck. All the amenities you would ever need including Roku TVs and dish network in every room. We were wanting a quiet area away from all the hussle and bussle and this was perfect. Just 5-10 minutes from restaurants and stores for all the necessities. We went into Gulf Shores each day to go to the various dog park options and it didnā€™t feel too far away. Property Manager checked in via text several times to be sure we had all we needed and check on us which was appreciated! Very glad we found this new gem on the beach and hope to be back again soon.

Mattresses were comfy and the house was clean.Property manager was quick to respond and very nice!

Every sort of gadget, pan and appliance you could need.- including the ice machine. The beds were comfortable, which is always a huge plus! Also being pet friendly is a huge plus for me!The location is fairly ā€œsecludedā€ within the neighborhood which we loved, however the driveway is a bit dicey if you drive a large vehicle. It was not possible to park under the garage with the orientation of the drive. Also hard to angle out of the driveway with a big car - so if you are rwd and drive a large car (Suburban) plan to throw it into 4wd to be safe. Saw another review saying it isnā€™t luxury, I get that, so if you are looking for fancy ā€œluxuryā€ you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a beach front house with great space, well appointed kitchen, clean, comfy beds and amazing view this is for you! Feels like those are the important things!

Right on the Beach but what a disappointment!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is advertised as NEW 2023 but this is hard to believe. The towel ring and electrical outlets are falling out of the wall, paint is peeling, the cookie sheet is stained and old along with the toaster oven and tiny grill, the board on the outside stairs is loose, the ice maker and frig ice maker do not work, and the air vents are rusted. I think this is a modular home made is a factory and constructed on site. It is very cheaply made and decorated with cheap furniture. The living area is small. The carport area has beach items and a pile or used charcoal from previous renters and one end of the carport is filled with sand and lumber. What a disappointment and embarrassment for me since we had brought guest with us! I would not recommend paying $9000 to spend a week in this house.

Very Disappointed

This is a beautiful home, but it is in terrible shape for just being built. The steps are too short going up to the home. My husband and my dog both fell two different times trying to go down. First night in we had a roach in the bed. The ice machine stopped working three times. The paint is peeling off near the television in the living room. The half bathroom downstairs has a toilet that is not completely attached to the floor. The bedroom upstairs had sheets that didn't fit on the bed. I had to completely remake it every day because they popped off every night. The shower upstairs is so loose it makes noises every move you make. The carport is a mess. There is wood stacked on both sides, and you can't even get to the outdoor shower because of the wood. I have stayed in beach houses for over ten years and never stayed in a house with such poor conditions for being a brand-new home. I must say that the property manager and the maintenance man were very helpful and checked in often.
