Calypso 2br, 2bth on the 7th floor, end unit with huge wrap around balcony, free beach service and private parking space.

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom provides luxurious accommodations for your stay. As you enter the condo your eyes will be drawn to the endless views of the ocean. The two 175 ft free forming pools directly on the ocean are beautiful. The master bedroom is directly on the gulf front with a huge new king size mattress, large master bathroom and walk in closet. The bedroom has private access to the wrap around balcony. The guest bedroom has a new queen size bed and large closet. The living has a new queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen has all the amenities of home, granite counter tops, kitchen bar with additional seating too. The end unit has more windows with endless views, separate laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. All the counter tops are upgraded to granite and the kitchen has upgraded tile backsplash as well. The condo has been updated this year with all new tile flooring that looks like hardwood flooring. It is beautiful.

This 7th floor condo has a huge wrap around balcony and endless views. This is the first level that start the huge wrap around balcony.
Two 175 foot free forming pools that are directly on the beach. The pools are heated.
Tiki Bar between the pools so pull up a chair or get a drink for the beach.
New fitness center with great equipment. Work out while enjoying the view of the beach.
Closets condo to Pier Park, walk no need to drive.
Free beach service which saves our guest $250 a week.
Free internet in the condo
Calypso is across the street from Pier Park entertainment and hopping Complex, where you will find all of your favorite shops and tons of restaurants, including Target (with groceries), Starbucks, Panera Bread, Five Guys burgers, Back Porch, Margarativille and even a 16 screen Theatre Complex with stadium seating! The kids will go nuts for the carnival rides and the Marble Slab Creamery! You can also eat on the beach by calling Fatty's Sandwich Shop, who deliver on the beach exclusively for Calypso guests.

Tis unit has it all, perfect location, on the beach, lots of upgrades and free beach service and private parking too.

Wonderful vacation, beautiful condo!

The condo was clean, spacious and we absolutely loved it! Communication with the owners was always fast and friendly. The huge wrap around balcony with brilliant ocean views was spectacular and the convenience to walk to Pier Park was great. Also having access to the owners parking space under the building was amazing, no hassle parking nor long walks over when unloading suitcases or groceries! My only two feedback comments would be that I wish there had been a Keureg coffee maker and also that the tv in the bedroom was tiny, needs an upgrade. It was very apparent everything was upgraded and very well taken care of in the condo. Thanks again, we will be glad to stay here again!

Last minute getaway

We were very satisfied with our stay. The only suggestions I would make is to update the stove. The heating elements on the surface burners were hard to control while cooking. The oven did not heat to exactly what temp said it was. Took at least 30 minutes at 475 for a frozen pizza. Bath showers do need a little updating. The door to condo should have the deadbolt repaired for added security. Our overall experience was very good during our stay.

Roomy condo with the best views

The condo complex was confusing and set up strangely. Too many different elevators to maneuver between the room, garage and beach. Overall we had a good time and the view from our condo was spectacular!

Absolutely the most wonderful vacation available

The condo is beautiful and has everything one would need. I felt like I was staying in my own home rather than a vacation condo. It is very close to any shopping that one would need.

Beautiful Ocean View!

We stayed here while in town for our son’s baseball tournament. This condo did not disappoint. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants near Pier Park. The owners were super responsive to all my questions. The private parking space was a huge plus. The condo was so cozy and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Couldn't ask for better!

The condo is nicely appointed and comfortable. The hosts are incredibly easy to communicate with and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Book a stay here, you won't be disappointed! I plan to stay here again if we return to PCB!

Family Vacation

If I could give this condo a 10 star that is what it would get. First of all, the owners are so easy to get in touch with and respond immediately to emails or calls. We have been staying at Calypso for several years and never have we stayed in one so clean. As soon as we walked in the door we saw that it was super clean and smelled so good. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need (most condos have worn out cookware, this had great cookware), the living room has 2 chairs along with the comfy sofa and a nice flat screen, the balcony furniture is deep cushioned wicker-so relaxing, the beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of linens. It is so spacious, the furnishings are very nice. It is located almost across the street from Pier Park Mall. This is our favorite condo thus far and hope we will be able to rent again. This is a PERFECT condo. We received our damage deposit within 5 days of returning home. Thank you Ken for allowing us to use your beautiful home away from home.

Wonderful......Again!!

We are here now, but I didn't want to wait until I got home to write a review. The pictures of this unit do not do it justice! It is beautifully decorated, wonderfully furnished and clean, clean, clean! It is so roomy and because the location is so near Pier Park means you really never have to move your car if you don't want to. We have rented from the these owners multiple times. They are so easy to work with and you always know the unit you rent is going to be awesome! We were so happy with how our stay is going this week we have already e-mailed them to rent it again in November when we come back for the Emerald Coast Cruise In. AWESOME condo! Had a great time!

If you're looking for a modern, convenient, clean, well maintained, and beautiful condo for your vacation, this is it! You'll have everything you need for an awesome vacation. The bedrooms are roomy and offer lots of closet space, the bathrooms are also spacious with 2 showers in the master. Having a laundry room was a plus for me as we didn't return home with a suitcase of dirty clothes & towels. The kitchen was furnished with everything you should need. The views were fantastic and the beach chair service was a nice benefit! Also, loved the ceiling fans and the comfy chairs on the balcony! Within easy walking distance to Pier Park and tons of shopping and restaurants! We definitely recommend! The ease of the booking process was also a plus with everything taken care of prior to arrival...no need to check in...just park & unload and go directly to your room. Matt & Dawn Ploch

Summer Fun

This was our first time in the Calypso. The condo was great. The layout, the furnishings, the balcony, the view and the vicinity to everything was fantastic. The owners were easy and accommodating. The Calypso was the best we have stayed in PCB and we have stayed in a lot of different places. We will definitely stay here again and rent from the same owners. I recommend this to any and everyone. Thank you for a wonderful week of vacation.

Beach Bash 2015

This condo is very nice, large and roomy, and the beds are so comfortable. The views are amazing from the balcony, and the pools are clean and refreshing, with a view of the ocean and beach. Pier Park is across the street,and a very easy walk. Lots of shopping, movie theater, restaurants, ice cream, candy..the list goes on. We were given a parking spot in the garage across the street (easy access with a enclosed walkway on the 3rd floor over to the resort) which kept the car cooler then having to park out in the sun. All and all, I would go back to stay here. With a Walmart and Target within walking distance, anything we needed was easily obtained. The owners were easy to deal with, and we received our security deposit back within a week of being home.

Wonderful condo! Amazing Views and enjoyed the free beach service and Wifi too.

Wow very pleased with our stay here! The overall experience was great with the ease of booking, the condo itself and the owners are great to do business with. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and the views were amazing. The free beach chair service saved us lots of money. Stayed at Calypso before but this by far my favorite condo. Thanks for a great vacation. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great Vacation!!!

Just wanted to say our family had a wonderful time in PCB!!! The condo was awesome!!! Beautifully furnished and clean, loved the tiled floors, awesome view of the ocean, the beds were so comfortable..couldn't have asked for anything better!!! We were within walking distance to Pier Park and restaurants which I enjoyed. The owners were wonderful to work with and I promptly received our deposit after we returned home. Would recommend this condo to anyone visiting PCB!!! Thanks Ken and Breda for sharing your lovely home with us!!!

Awesome Vacation!!!

Oh! My! Goodness!!! You outdid yourselves with this condo! The condo is absolutely gorgeous...beautifully decorated...extremely clean...and the perfect location. I am a fanatic about cleanliness and I was so comfortable in this condo. I hope that I am able to get it EVERY time I stay in PC! The wrap around balcony provided the most awesome views. Y'all are the BEST to work with....I feel like I know you personally. Thank you Ken and Breda for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We will be calling you very soon to book again!
