This property has quick access to the beach!!! Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath place a block away from the Beach. This place will be a must visit again.

Great place

We had a great stay overall. Had a few questions and issue that management took care of very quickly. Would recommend this place. Close to the beach and close to beach access. Place was clean and kitchen is well stocked.

Great location for a Beach Vacation

Property is perfect for a family with a range of ages. The property has a great porch to spread out, perfect location with a 2 min. walk to beach in a safe location, well-appointed kitchen for meal prep., comfy beds and linens, unexpected extras like laundry baskets, beach chairs and toys, drying rack, etc.

This was our second time staying at Alerio 101C, and it feels like a place we’ll keep coming back to. The condo is clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our group without ever feeling crowded.We love the location too—just a quick three-minute walk to the beach, which makes everything so easy. The kitchen is well-stocked, so cooking meals was no problem at all.Best of all, our stay was completely smooth and stress-free. We had zero issues and really enjoyed every minute. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A perfect retreat

We had a family 5 for a retreat and this room EXCEEDED our expectations. It was well-kept, communication was excellent so we didn't need to contact management, and the location was PERFECT. Parking was right in front of the unit and the beach was a short walk away (and not a busy part of the beach either)

Sweet Little Getaway💗

Our family really enjoyed this spacious condo and the location made it even better! We would love to come back to this specific place next time! We had a minor glitch with the check in process but management showed up immediately and helped us with it! I thought that was very impressive and they even offered us a gift as a way to make sure we were taken care of! I recommend this place for sure!

Great Vacation Stay

When we first walked in we were amazed. We chose this house because of the bunk beds for the kids but also the other room for my 15-year-old daughter. Had the right amount of space for the whole family. I love that. It's on the first floor and the beach was literally 5 minutes away walking across the street. There are also a few beach chairs and toys for the kids to enjoy on the beach . We will definitely be saving this to our favorites
