Other things to note
Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the condo. NO day guests or other visitors are allowed.

The condo is best suited for mature adults or a small family.

This space is meant for QUIET ENJOYMENT. No parties or loud gatherings. Please do not disturb our neighbors.

The mandatory cleaning charge covers a NORMAL cleaning. If the home is left in an unusually messy manner, additional cleaning will be charged at $40 per hour.

No pets are permitted. Should a pet enter the home, extensive cleaning will be required to remove hair and dander and will incur additional cleaning charges.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.

You must be 27 years old to request a booking and you may be asked for proof of age.

Trash must be placed in the trash bins located outside the pedestrian gate.

Christmas and New Year holidays require a 3 night minimum. One of those nights must be Christmas Eve OR New Year's Eve.

Parking can be found in the Stater Brother's parking lot adjacent to the condo.
