We loved this condo! It was decorated just like I’d expect in Rosemary! The location is perfect- right across from the Horseshoe and steps to the downtown Rosemary. The resort itself was quiet, private beach was perfect and the kids loved having the pool and pickle ball.

We had a great week in 44w. We would definitely come again and stay in the same unit! The only thing I noticed was the listing says 3 bathrooms. It has two bathrooms (but each has double sinks) so that was a little confusing why it’s listed as 3. It was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the beach and pool access and walk ability to the areas around it were fantastic. It was very hot while we were there, so we didn’t get to bike as much as we would have liked, but the two bikes included with the rental was nice. We hope to return soon! Thanks for a great visit!

This was our third year at High Pointe but our first to stay in 44W...everything about this condo was SUPERB! The unit was well appointed with all the needed amenities, beautifully updated and tastefully decorated, immaculately cleaned for an ocean property...and the views from the fourth floor are second to none when you are in paradise! Communication with the host was seamless during check in/check out, easy walk/drive to our favorite restaurants, and access to the beach or pool was perfect for whatever suited us that day. We have vacationed here in Rosemary Beach every year for the past decade in various homes/condos but will certainly return to 44W for our next visit!

Perfection

We have stayed in the area for years and now we have a new favorite. Worth the extra cost for the location, amenities and convenience. No scramble on the beach for chairs and such ease getting in and out. The condo itself was beautiful and so comfortable

Great stay

Really enjoyed the updates to this place. However, we feel Vacasa needs to come up with a better security bracelet system. The one size does not fit all. the wife wasn't that excited about wearing it on her ankle as if she was under house arrest

Our unit was very clean and had the most amazing balcony right on the beach. The location is perfect, it’s minutes to “downtown” Rosemary & right on the beach. We had beach chair service daily which was perfect. The beaches are beautiful and private which is amazing. Management is quick to reply should you have any questions.i wish the pool were heated because it was absolutely freezing each day despite the weather being high 70s but I understand it’s a costly amenity. We will return 30A & Rosemary are beautiful and so relaxing to visit.

Beautiful condo/resort, disappointing check in process

This was our 6th time staying at High Pointe resort. The condo was gorgeous and as advertised. Clean and well stocked. However this was the first time we have stayed here and were not able to use the resort property until after we gained access to our condo. We have always been able to gain access to the property/pool/beach prior to our condo being ready. We couldn’t even park our car inside the gates. We arrived at 10:30am and couldn’t gain access until 3:30pm when our condo was ready. This was incredibly inconvenient for our family after a long road trip. Most resorts allow access to the property prior to room/condo being ready. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. We love High Pointe!

Ideal Location, Beautiful Condo

Property is ideally located within a 10 minute walk to downtown Rosemary Beach, and about the same bike ride to Alys Beach. This is critical because there is little parking in these downtown areas. The property is gated, and will not allow outside guests to visit if renting. One key item to understand by the entire RB/AB area - every beach access to gated for residents. There is no public access point. So, you will have great access to the beach with this rental. As of Nov 2024, the HP buildings not on the water are being renovated (exterior) - this looks like a long-term project. It is not a noise issue or disturbance with the waterfront East & West Buildings, but would be for rentals in the other buildings or if using the pool. All the renovations are being done the poolside at the moment. 44W was perfect - clean and well stocked for a rental. 30A Luxury Vacations was very attentive & responsive. I would definitely recommend this location. We visited during the offseason - so, during the week was quiet in the area, then really picked up over the weekend. Something to keep in mind when visiting.

Fantastic Unit in Great Location

The unit was fantastic. Very minimalist design which is perfect for a condo on the beach because it’s easy to keep clean. All bedding was freshly laundered, including duvets which is so nice compared to other places I’ve stayed. The location was fantastic. This was our first time staying on 30A and didn’t know where to stay. We lucked out with our selection. We were there for the week of July 4th, so the area was very crowded, but we were in the first row of chairs on the beach everyday. High Pointe’s property is wide enough for the number of units it has to prevent overcrowding on the beach. The umbrellas set up on either side of the property were three to five deep depending on the day while High Pointe was mostly single row with an area of two rows. Make sure to bring an armband with you everywhere you go, even in your car. We knew you needed them to access the beach, but we ran an errand one night and the guard at the front gate wasn’t there when we returned. A moment of panic followed when we realized we had no way in, as the guard always waved us in previously. Luckily the guard returned after a few minutes and let us through.

Great Location. Great View. Ok Condo

the moment you walk in the view will get you. right on the beach with amazing sunsets. Nice balcony and good amenities in the complex. walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. unfortunately the condo itself left something to be desired. Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Stained pillows. No beach towels. Only 2 trash bags (during thanksgiving)? no basics in the kitchen (how about include some salt and pepper)? Fans were improperly working. felt more like a hotel than an expensive condo. notified the Vacasssa team and some things were taken care of over a couple of days. but when you are only there a few days, oh well.

We apologize about the condition of the sheets if you felt they were not up to par. We are always more than happy to deliver fresh sheets if a guest encounters this problem. As far as basic supplies, Vacasa provides our guests with a starter amenity pack to get them started if they haven't had the chance to get to the store before arrival. We do understand that during the holidays, more items will be used, and we do allow our guests to pick up last minute extras at the office to get them through their last night. The ceiling fans in the home are all remote controlled and work as long as the light switch is in the on position. We hope to host you again in the future with a different experience.

Great Vacation!

We had such a lovely time at High Pointe! The location was perfect. We could walk to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary... and it was just a short drive to the local grocery stores! The unit 44W was gorgeous. It had been renovated recently and was perfect for 5 people. When we arrived, the unit was clean and everything inside was is great working order. We didn't love the ROKU TV in the family room... but we had plenty of games and distractions. You cannot beat the easy access to the pool, beach and Crabby Steve's. The fact that this property has it's own beachside restaurant on site is AMAZING! And the food is delicious! Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be back!
