LITTLE PALM has hard wood flooring throughout the home. The living area, dining area, and kitchen share an open floor plan with views of the Gulf. The living area affords comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and gas fire place. The dining table is a distressed wooden table with bench seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with a breakfast bar, light and bright cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances.

Little Palm has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom located just off the living area. This bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the wrap around covered deck, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located just off the dining area and has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the wrap around covered deck. The third bedroom is off the hallway by the kitchen, it has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located off the same hallway as the third bedroom is, it features a shower/tub combo.

The exterior of LITTLE PALM is just as impressive as the interior. The beachside covered deck features both rockers and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the Gulf. Just off the deck is a lovely screen porch with additional cozy seating. The private pool area has an extensive pool deck, with plenty of Adirondack chairs, loungers, a concrete table and benches, and a covered area under the house for additional relaxing. The entire back yard is fenced-in, making it a wonderful area for your little ones and dogs to play, feel safe and secure.
