"The Sandy Bucket" is a perfect oasis for your family or for two families. The Sandy Bucket in our house refers not only to the sand toy but also to our sandy "bottoms"! Our kiddos call their bottom their "bucket" so the name has a double meaning to us! We are pet-friendly, less than 100 yds to the beach with private beach access path, panoramic ocean views, and no road to cross when walking to the beach. Our home has been completely renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, countertops, large single basin 10" deep stainless steel sink with tall pull out faucet, new washer/dryer, all new bathrooms (tile, vanities, tubs, toilets, etc), new luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout the house, new paint & furniture (new mattresses, couch, chairs, etc). Also, a brand new HVAC system and tankless hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water!! A new 19 foot deep deck completes the renovations. The house is 1.5 miles to the State Park entrance and 2.5 miles to the lighthouse, grocery store, and restaurants so it's in the perfect location to bike or run in either direction on the bike path that runs along the entire island! The lots on the East End are each 1 acre so there is more privacy and the beaches are quieter, which we love!

There are 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has its own private bath, smart Tv, ceiling fan and french doors onto the deck. The second king bedroom has a smart TV and french doors onto the deck as well. The bunk room has one twin over twin bunk bed and one twin over full bed. A Roll-away cot is also in closet so the bunk room can sleep 6 kids. The dining table seats up to 8 people with the table leaf. There are three bar-stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The living room has a very large comfy sectional along with two cushioned chairs. Large flat screen Smart TV, books and games. No regular cable at the house; you’ll have to log into your own Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc to watch TV and movies.

There is an hot and cold water outdoor shower under the house with both a shower head and hose to wash toys and dogs off. Parking for several cars under the house as well. Free wifi. We have one security camera on the driveway and stairs for security reasons. When you arrive, you will be supplied with a starter kit (soap, toilet paper, etc).
