Our family had a wonderful stay here. Property was as pictured, nice comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, great balcony and pool view, comfortable beds. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is perfect! Beautiful deck with view of pool.The living area was large and well decorated. The kitchen was outfitted with all you need to cook. The area was close to great restaurants and quick walk to beach. Great live music close by. I highly recommend this condo and hope to stay longer next time we visit!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owners were the most responsive and helpful owners we have encountered yet. The property manager, Laura, was also wonderful. A great stay!

We loved the location and apartment. Would have loved a dishwasher and some more dish towels. Master bedroom shower needs attention but otherwise it’s a fantastic place to stay in PA. Hope to use it again.

Quiet and private, safe and so comfotable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our three young children here. The condo has all that you need and had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony is massive, truly another living space that we spent so much time on enjoying the view of the pool and dolphin pool. A bonus is weekly music from Dreams resort across the water, provided some nice live entertainment we could also enjoy. The Omni beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The whole area is having a seaweed issue but they are doing their very best to keep it cleaned up on that beach. The pool at the condo is massive, literally the biggest pool in puerto aventures. We spent a lot of time there, and it has a great shallow section for younger swimmers. The grounds and building is maintained daily, and the maintenance workers were so kind to bring us coconuts to enjoy. Our stay was amazing. Would love to stay again in the near future.

Can’t we just move in?

Where to begin! You are immediately drawn to the “wall of glass” that opens up to a wonderful balcony, with an incredible view of the pool and canal. Sitting out there on the comfortable chaise lounges was our favorite spot to be. Getting part sun and shade all day with a nice breeze, makes it ideal anytime of day or night. The gorgeous infinity edge pool is very large and has plenty of chairs and space for everyone sharing the building. The condo is clean, well appointed and had the best stocked kitchen we have ever had when renting a place. We would go down to the fishing boats at 1:00 and buy fresh caught fish right there to have for dinner. We also enjoyed the small farmers market in town for local produce, fresh squeezed juices and farm fresh eggs. The town center is an easy 5 minute walk from the condo and has everything you need. Great little happy hours, lots of dinner choices, and shopping. Puerto Aventuras is a charming little area that feels safe and welcoming. The property manager, Laura, is super sweet and only a phone call away, if you have any problems. The owners of this condo have done a great job of making it feel like your “home away from home”.

Quiet paradise

We have been to Puerto Aventuras many times and this by far was our best stay. The condo was located close to everything. We could watch dolphins off the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and BBQ tools we needed. Having back issues the long pool was extraordinary to do light swimming and pool exercises. I wad able to relax and rest in paradise Both the owner and the property manager were highly responsive. All the residents were charming. We most certainly will come back.

Large apartment overlooking pool is splendid!

Apartment is spacious & well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on porch, overlooking a 175 foot pool and watching the dolphins & manatees in the inlet. Swimming & lounging by the pool was great. The Centro is a short walk, with good happy hours, food and friendly people! We liked day trips to Akumal, Tulum and Isle Muheres (best beach - Plata Norte). The owners & property manager were easy to work with & prompt in response. Water cooler/dispenser, with water jugs provided was good as tap water is not. Good place for families & mature adults.

Great property at a great location.

This condo is exactly as advertised. It is well kept, clean and in great condition. The location is wonderful. The large balcony looks over the pool and the marina. We loved the pool - it was very large. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. The marina is a very, very short walk and really great. The marina is the best of all worlds with restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach by the Omni is a very short walk as well. The grocery store is right across the highway. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Great stay at a fantastic place!!!!!!

I just want to thank Ellen and Joaquin for renting us the condo. Was really great! And what made it great was the experience we had with them. Very nice people and so helpful as well. Provided help with everything, the TV channels especially, Thanks!! ;) We also had a wonderful Lady named Laura who helped us, she manages the condo too. Wow, do not let her go!! She is awesome!!! Really a great experience!!! Really!! The condo is so beautiful, over 2000 square feet of awesome!!! Was so amazing. We so enjoyed ourselves. Was a kind of practice run for retirement to test the waters before we retire. And I really did not want to go home , EVER!!!! lol Is a really great place to stay if you are thinking of renting it, you will not be disappointed. WE had a couple burps and Laura and the owners took care of it swiftly. Laura goes way over just helping, she really cares, we loved her. Lots of nice people in the building we met as well that live there full time. Made us feel so welcome. Pool? Awesome!! Poolman cleaning it everyday. Grande!! Groundskeepers were so friendly too, For a tip, they get you some fresh picked coconuts to have nice coconut water, refreshing!!! Anyways, really great place to stay!! If I had to pick a point that I would like changed, I would say the BBQ. It is charcoal, which I don't mind, we were on Mexico time. ;) I would like a propane fueled one though, just for the easy stuff to cook. Other that that, all good!! I cannot say enough about the owners and Laura the manager of the condo, they were so great!!! Cheers!! :)

Loved Secret Waters condo 302. Beautiful, spacious, condo with beautiful grounds and large pool.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, shops and bar. Living, dining area spacious and comfortable gathering area. Balcony overlooks pool and marina. Across from Dream’s dolphin experience so can watch dolphin show. Can highly recommend.

Can’t wait to go again

I would HIGHLY recommend this condo. Every person in my family (ages 10-82) cannot wait to go back! Accommodations were fantastic! We ventured several areas of Mexico while we were there and extremely pleased we’d chosen this one! The area wasn’t over crowded, but had all the conveniences. Puerto adventuras is behind guarded gates and houses many restaurants, convenient stores, even an area to watch and/or swim with dolphins - all within walking distance! The condo was exactly like the pictures, but even more stunning in person. There were 2 bedrooms (one king room and another with 2 double beds), 2 full baths and 1 half bath, a nice size living room, dinning and kitchen. The balcony overlooked the infinity pool where you could watch the sunrise! The views were breathtaking! Everything was clean, organized. It had everything we needed during our stay (aside from our food). The renters were also unmatched providing detailed information about all sorts of things you may want to know when visiting a foreign country. My highest recommendations for the area, the renters and the condo! (Also, the best restaurant - we felt - was Latitude 20 - inside the community!) I immediately felt the relaxation that I’d longed for! We didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to get back. to this beautiful place and the best vacation I’ve ever had! Everything you could ask for is right here! My only regret is letting this secret out!

Gorgeous property Beautiful Condo

Secret Waters condo complex is a beautiful property. Condo 302 that we stayed in was beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings, decor and accessories. The furniture was comfortable and new with everything being very well taken care of. Quality of ownership is evident in this condo. It’s not just a rental property but a home. The view and landscaping of Secret Waters is 2nd to none. The expanse of windows from the living space gives you outdoor living at its finest, as it opens completely onto the terrace. The pool, being the largest in Puerto Aventuras, glistens just off the balcony. Built for two condo complexes, it’s large enough for 36 families but because the other complex was never built, 16 units have the use of the entire pool. I can’t say enough good things about this Condo. You’ll enjoy every moment of your time here.

We really enjoyed our week at Secret Waters!

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. We had a wonderful view of the 54m pool (which my wife used almost every day) and ocean waterside. Our contact, Laura Borgas, was very attentive to our needs and good to do business with. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom was a very pleasant surprise along with the ample supply of towels, including beach towels. Internet connection was good. Overall, an ideal vacation experience!

Gorgeous Condo with a Great Location

I absolutely loved this condo!! Starting with the location, it is in a beautiful gated community with gorgeous homes, shops and restaurants on the marina. The beach is a short walk from the condo. What I really liked about Puerto Aventuras is that it didn’t feel like a resort and it didn’t feel touristy. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean with a ton of space! Everything is completely updated with nice appliances, showers, sinks and toilets. The balcony is awesome with floor to ceiling sliding doors with great views of the infinity pool, the marina (with dolphins) and beautiful sunsets. I definitely enjoyed staying here and will hopefully be coming back soon! I certainly recommend this condo!

While staying at Secret Waters, you really don't need a car. You can get a taxi from the airport to Puerto Aventuras or you can take the ADO bus from the airport to Playa Del Carmen and a taxi from there to Puerto Aventuras. You can walk to just about anywhere in Puerto from Secret Waters.

Cancun Van provides private ground transportation between the Cancun International Airport to your doorstep in Puerto Aventuras. They will even greet you at the airport with a sign with your name on it. One way is US $65 and round trip is US $130 for up to 3 people.
