Olas Altas Epic Beach Home Scenic Gem Las Conchas

****PETS WELCOME****** $35 FEE***** The Olas Altas home is just off of the beach in the ocean side community of Las Conchas. Having your own home for a vacation stay provides a level of privacy not available in a large resort. Terrific views of the ever present Sea of Cortez. 8 guests can stay comfortably here, with it's 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. If you bring your pet, there is a $35 USD additional charge.

All bedrooms come with Queen sized beds, and the bathrooms have showers and vanity counter tops. The master has a very nicely done Mexican tile wrap around shower stall.

Tile work is used in many parts of the house, and can be appreciated in the main room. This room is quite large, flowing into the kitchen past the large kitchen counter, set with bar stools. Furnishings and design details bring a relaxed, open, and very Mexican touch to this terrific living space. For entertainment there is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is big, and welcomes those who like to cook! Wooden cabinets, and all appliances, utensils, and cooking things big and small can be found here.,

Las Conchas has long sandy beaches, and most of the time it's lower density provides a semi-private feel on the beach. This wonderful area is exactly what a family with kids could turn into life long memories. Rocky Point, with it's restaurants, stores, fish markets, and more, is not more than 10 minutes away. The community has it's own security force, and they are always around and patrolling for your safety.
