Imagine renting a home where every pleasure one would seek would be at your fingertips. Within a short walk, you have a private beach on the World’s Most Beautiful Beach, a private pool located at your back door, three world class golf courses within five miles and twelve courses within twenty miles, and two world class tennis resorts within six miles. Three state parks are also located within ten miles.

Nearby you will find world class shopping, restaurants, and activities all along 30A. Seaside is only six miles to the west and Rosemary Beach two miles to the east. Bicycle trails nearby make it possible to ride to any location on 30A. Pier Park in Panama City Beach is only ten miles away and Destin outlet malls within twenty miles, fresh water lakes within a mile, and deep sea fishing within ten miles while staying in first class accomodations including the following:

Home is as described, older but well maintained and in fantastic location being just a few blocks from public beach access. Had a couple issues while we were there but Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Quiet and Comfortable

Stayed at this house annually for a few years. Nice neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Owner is responsive to questions.

Thanks for your kind remarks. You are a preferred customer. I was just made aware that my old fingers did not hit 5 stars on obeying the rules. This was an error on my part. You have always been a great renter who obeyed the rules and took great care of my home. Is there a way for me to correct this mistake that I made?

Peaceful

The house is set up perfect with three bedrooms and three bathrooms for each bedroom. We really enjoyed our time hanging out by the pool and on the screened in porch. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Can’t say enough good things about the property!

Wonderful space close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place! It was a short walk to the beach, in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, and we really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. Steve was really communicative and we appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out. Would love to stay again.

Great vacation home!

This was our third time staying in this home. There is plenty of room for hanging out. This home is on a quiet street and the beach is only a short walk away. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is perfect for our family.

Comfortable & relaxing stay!

My husband, son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, & clean home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was graciously accommodating with our check in plans! We loved having a private pool and a quick walk to the beach. Family vacation

Great location Beautiful home We walked to the beach, short drive to restaurants and stores. My husband and I took our son, daughter in law and 3 granddaughters all under age of 6 and we loved it. We cooked out on the charcoal girl 2 nights, pool was so great, overall great time with family.

Amazing rental

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My husband and I spent the week here with our almost 4 year old. It was perfect for us! It’s a quick walk to the beach and the pool was perfect to use when we came in off the beach. Steve was easy to communicate with. We hope to come back some day!

Perfect relaxing getaway

My family enjoyed our stay here so much! Steve was great to work with and on top of all communication. The house was spacious and very cozy, perfect for our family of 4. Having the pool as a back up plan when the kids needed a break from the beach was very helpful. We felt right at home and relaxed the moment we arrived! We would definitely stay here again.

Great House at the Beach

Our stay at this beach house was great. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable and it was so great to have 3 bathrooms. The host had great communication. He checked in to make sure everything was good with the home during our stay. Short walk to the beach. There was public entry across the street from the entrance to neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent family rental !

My family and I had an amazing time at this property! The house is even more lovely than in pictures. The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He was also very communicative and easy to talk to. We had plenty of space for relaxing and sleeping. Great location which is close to the beach and away from the crowds We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

Great location for beach and biking

This house has a private pool and plenty of open living for hanging out. Steve the owner, was very informative and responsive. Our favorite part was walking distance to a beautiful beach and located on 30A where there is a 20 mile long biking trail.

Nice place and very big

Very nice place with nice screened in porch and pool. Big bedrooms and living area. Nice having 3 full baths. Able to walk to beach in about 5-10 min. Would bring a wagon or bike. Nice neighborhood.

I am a respresentative in a service organization and have always loved the beach. We have been looking for a place along 30A for the past few years. We have had a place in Panama City Beach for 25 years but found ourselves always spending our time along 30A. We thus decided to purchase a home there.

We bought this home to provide a place for our family to enjoy the amazing beach and other activities along 30A. Of course, while not using it ourselves, we wanted to share with others and help pay related bills.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home is really nice, not a mere place to stay while at the beach but rather a home that is nice enough to actually live in full time, which I plan do do after retirement. It is a short walk to the beach and allows easy access to golf, tennis, fresh and saltwater fishing, as well as everything that happens along 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
