Unfortunately, Mother Nature threw all of Connecticut a curveball during your stay with an unusually severe storm that caused widespread power outages throughout the area. Thankfully, our utility company worked quickly to restore service and kept everyone updated on their progress. While this was certainly an unfortunate interruption, it was an isolated event and not something we've experienced before at the property. We're so glad you were still able to enjoy everything the home and lake have to offer, especially the beautiful setting and refreshing lake breeze. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay under calmer skies!

Wow, “best lake house I have ever stayed at” is about as good as it gets! Thank you! This is one of those special places that pictures just can’t quite capture.
