*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).

The deposit is fully refunded after the guest checks out if everything is okay with the house and all the guests followed the rules. Please note that we have fees for pets, pool heating. Let us know if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you will be charged $250.

2- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit, and for the pool area you will be charged $1.500 ozone treatment to purify the air in case os smoking. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the drive way. Please don't leave garbage on the floor.

3- Please do not check out late. If your check out affects the maid, you will be charged $250. If it affects the next guest, you will lose your security deposit.

4- Please leave the place tidy. If it is quite dirty, you will be charged extra for a deep cleaning.

5- If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged a $100 fee. For those who paid the non-refundable pet fee, we request that your pet stays downstairs and doesn't sleep on any of the beds, or you will lose your security deposit.

6- If there is any stain in one of the towels or linen, makeup or blood stains or any other kind that is not possible to be removed, we will charge you for the damaged/missing towels.

7- We request you to remove your shoes when going upstairs since the area has carpet. We really appreciate you taking care of our house as if it’s your own!

8- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request it. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we will give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating, even though your stay is less than 3 nights. For long stays, we require a minimum of 7 days for pool heating. If you request the pool heating to be turned on or off after your check-in, the fee will be $50.

10 - The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.

PET / DOG / CAT RULES
This house is pet friendly.
1 – We have a non-refundable pet fee of $150 up to two pets and $250 for 3 pets. No more than 3 pets are allowed.
2 – We kindly ask you to please leave your pet downstairs.
3 – Pets cannot sleep on the beds.
