415 Forest Beach is a unique gem of South Forest Beach. This stunningly renovated 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom elevated townhome offers beautiful views of the Forest Beach Villa grounds, including the pool and tennis/pickleball courts.
The open-concept floor plan offers comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to one of two private balconies. There is a spacious private bathroom off the living area features a large walk-in shower.
The well-appointed kitchen features a large bar area with seating for 4, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and a Keurig coffee maker.
The entire 2nd level belongs to the primary suite. This area features a king bed, Smart TV, a private balcony and a beautiful bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island, SC. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, fun entertainment for the entire family and some of the top activities and attractions on Hilton Head Island.
Your Forest Beach Villa HHI is in the South Forest Beach area just across the street from the ocean and has free tennis and pickleball courts, an on-site pool, and is a convenient short walk to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Loved this place!!
The condo and the complex amenities were in great shape! The condo was clean and updated. We really enjoyed it! Location was great regarding proximity to the beach, town center, restaurants, etc. the only drawback of this was being right next to the public parking lot and a lot of traffic and noise. At night, we heard a lot of revving of cars and loud music at all hours.
FYI, the stairs in the unit are a little difficult, especially for older adults or children. It fit our family of three really well and we had plenty of space. The only drawback of this unit related to the AC. The vent above the main bed was dripping water (slight drip) and the temperature was requested not to go below a certain temp due to freezing the unit.
Other than that, we loved this place and would stay again!!
