Guests will have exclusive access to the unit with self-check in capability via a smart lock. No steps are required to access this unit as it is serviced by an elevator from the parking garage to the level the unit is on This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals who will always be available for any guest inquiries. Car is recommended, however, easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft. Food delivery such as Uber Eats and DoorDash also serve the area. There is one reserved parking space in the gated parking lot for a standard car. Additional cars may be parked on the free street parking out front of the community. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No smoking or vaping. No pets.
