These villas are the most luxurious golf villas available inside the Resort, plus they have a superb location, next door to the resort golf clubhouse. Our Villa at Rio Mar Village is a private property located within the 481 acres facilities of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, Spa & Casino, one of the most beautiful resorts in the island.
Three bedroom villa. Each with private bathroom. Accommodates 6 people comfortably. The property is fully furnished, integrated with security system and has two central A/C, telephone, internet, two TV's with DVD player and cable TV. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a huge private bathroom, and an exit to the terrace. The terrace views the Golf course and Rain Forest and it is furnished as well.
Could sleep comfortable 6 people
The kitchen is fully equipped with new microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and freezer, and pots and pans.


Payment Options: .Check In: 4 p.m. .Check Out: 11 a.m. .Required Stay: 7 nights .Deposits: Reservations are posted with 40 % of total fee. Full fee should be paid 30 days prior to arrival day. Resorts Shuttle departs from Golf Club every 15 minutes and you can ride the shuttle all over the hotel and beach.

This wonderful villa offers beautiful views that invite you to relax and take in the scenery. Rental includes hotel facilities use, the private Villa Pool and a mile-long golden sandy beach and 2 golf carts for getting around the resort. Resort has excellent restaurants, spa, casino, golf, water Sports and tennis facilities.
Located across the highway from the 'El Yunque National Rainforest' where you can enjoy hiking to waterfalls and mountain peaks, swim in its cold waters and plan for rappelling and zip lining excursions.
Horseback riding and four track excursions throughout the beautiful mountain slopes and rivers of El Yunque.
Visit the outer islands of Vieques and Culebra where you will find Flamingo Beach, the third most beautiful beach in the world according to the Travel Channel.

Beautiful place to stay with a nice view of the golf course. This was perfect for our group of 4 but had plenty of room for more. It had everything we needed plus lots of beach toys. The golf carts were handy in getting around the resort.

This is an amazing property with fantastic amenities! This was our second stay at Irma and Jorgeā€™s place, and it was just as great as the first. The home is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable and safe. Irma and Jorge are wonderful hostsā€”very responsive and communicative, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Weā€™re already looking forward to our next stay!

The villa was a fantastic place to stay and the golf carts were a great bonus. It was a peaceful well equipped place to relax. It is close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to a beautiful beach. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to spend a week.

Fantastic host

The villa is very spacious and well furnished. Irma was extremely helpful and responsive and having two golf carts was great for my family. We played golf, hiked the rain forest and strolled the beach. The entire resort is awesome. Highly recommend the unit and location.

Wonderful stay

We came with our young adult daughters and had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and the views and locations was amazing. Having access to the 2 golf carts was key because the villa is a ways from the main resort bit totally worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious villa. Kitchen fully equiped. Lots of amenities included and the golf carts are a super plus as it is not that close a walk to,the beach/hotel area if carrying bags, however the pool is very nive and fust a few feet away. The golf course is walking distance. Only recommendation would be to get a bigger tv for the living room if at anytime the furniture is changed that could fit a bigger tv. Communication with the hosts was veryneasy as well as the check in process.

We love staying at Rio Mar and this place was wonderful. There were six of us and we had ample bed/bathrooms and space in general, plus the two golf carts were perfect. Communication was great. Check in was easy. The area was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious unit in a very quiet complex. Use of golf carts made trips to the resort and beach convenient. Well stocked kitchen and the entire place was extremely clean. Great for families and friends groups.

The home was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out and all the comforts of home. Having the golf carts was a necessity to move around the property and dine at the restaurants. The check in instructions were very detailed and Irma and Jorge were quick to respond to any questions. Would love to stay again soon!

Loved the location and all the amenities the resort offered. Only disappointment was that one of the gulf carts was under maintenance the entire time we were there. We make two trips so that we wouldnā€™t use the car.

The villa was even more spacious than expected. It can comfortably accommodate six adults. With some flexibility in sleeping arrangements (e.g., couples or children), it could potentially host more. The home was clean, well appointed, and thoughtfully maintained, with modern updates in both the kitchen and bathroom.Irma and Jorge provided several helpful basics upon arrival, including ice, bottled water, coffee, napkins, and spices. There were also plenty of towels and ample seating throughout the villa, so the space never felt crowded. One of our favorite moments was enjoying coffee and working on a puzzle together on the veranda.The golf carts were a major highlight and made it easy and fun to explore the grounds in the open air. We were also given passes to the beach club, which was a nice added perk. As a note for future guests, the beach club does not provide access to the resort pools; it has its own pool located at the far left end of the beach.We did experience an issue at the village security gate upon arrival, but Jorge drove 30 minutes to resolve it and personally welcome us. His effort and warmth were greatly appreciated. Once everything was sorted, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a fun, carefree vacation.I would happily return in the future.

Great villa

The Villa was in a great location, clean and plenty of space for 5 people. The 3 bedroom, each with a bathroom, was fantastic. In addition , the 2 golf carts allowed us to travel back and forth to the resort when we wanted to.

Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with family

we are a family of 7 adults and this house was so central to our daily excursions. Able to diversify and visit OSJ, Yunque, Carabali, and Escambron snorkeling with turtles. Glad for using 2 rental cars and able to enjoy nearby fabulous restaurants. The resort beach offered beautiful views, 2 golf carts, swimming pool for an evening cooldown. Loved the Coquis each evening!

Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly ā€“ from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished with a gourmet kitchen and have all the amenities of home! We are always available 24/7. That is the reason our guests come year after year to our villa.
