First let me say the photos on the actual VRBO page for this property are not what it looks like when you actually get there!!! The host was attentive with responding, however, the house aestetics is absolutely horrible. I have photos. On the VRBO site it was not specified there is no day parking on street. It did say 5 car minimal for driveway parking. It never said no overnight or day parking on the street by the rental!!!! It wasn't until the day before check-in that I get rules for parking. I got told to have my guests park at Walmart parking lot or surrounding areas. We had to use our vehicles like taxi cabs going back and forth dropping cars off and then coming back to the house. 3 of our cars were towed!!! If you're having a party and it is going on after 1 am you have to check or they would tow it. The house was filthy, there was a big garbage container left almost by the front door with trash in it, the outside of the place looked unkept, on the 1st floor, the bar countertop area had completely different chairs from the photos. It was old raggedy stools there, one was broken. Under the kitchen sink water was leaking, and the garbage disposal was not working. The carpets in every bedroom were stained and filthy, they vacuumed over stains, there were holes in the walls, The bathrooms had no matts to step on, the wash machine had mold in it, patio was completely filthy, spider webs, old dirty cushions on outdoor furniture. I certainly would not book there Ever!!!
