Ocean view was very nice. The condo was clean and decorated very modern. The property was close to all the restaurants and ahopping in Orange Beach. The beach and water was amazing. We wish we would’ve had access to a closet to hang our clothes up and wish there was a bathroom by the pool other than that it was a wonderful place.

This condo was great! The view from the balcony was incredible! I loved getting up each morning and sitting to enjoy my coffee while I watched the water! I appreciated the upgrades this condo included such as the updated bathroom. One thing to note: you do not have any drawers to put clothing or other items. There is a closet with a small number of hangers but otherwise everything basically stayed in my suitcase. Not a big deal for me as I was alone but could be a problem for a couple or small family. Overall I really enjoyed the condo and will be back!

I would stay here again

The only less than great we would have to say was that some of our dishes and silverware were dirty.

Needs new mattress and sofa. Front door seal needs a more permanent replacement. Beachball service is great.

Great Place

The condo was perfect for our needs (family of 4), and beach access was super close. The pools were large and clean. Management was always available to answer questions. The complex had power work completed during our stay, and our oven and nearest elevator needed work afterward. The complex had the elevator fixed within a couple hours, and the condo management (Beachball Properties) came out to fix the oven a couple hours after we called. We had a great stay and are looking forward to returning to Orange Beach!

The property was extremely clean when we arrived, so 5 stars on that. The main reasons I’m giving 4 are 1) I didn’t realize from the listing there was no bathtub, which makes this condo not really kid friendly, and 2) there were only 2 towels and no wash cloths. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a condo that didn’t have at least one towel and wash cloth per the number of possible occupants (which would be 4 in this case). We had to make a quick run to the dollar general down the street for towels and wash cloths, so everyone could bathe. The pans were also pretty beat up (nonstick surface was scratched and peeling on most). No scissors or good knife to chop anything with either, but we managed to make it work with what they had. The location is great though, and the property itself was amazing. Great access to the beach and two pools, which makes them enjoyable and less crowded. Overall, we would recommend staying in this complex again. Just make sure your bring your own towels, wash clothes, scissors, and a knife if you plan on cooking and will be staying in this particular unit.

Great location. Property looks exactly like the photos. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with necessities. Only complaints is that the A/C is super loud in the bedroom. Our first night the weed smell from another unit was blowing straight into ours and it was overwhelming and irritating our sinuses. The occupants either left the next day or were talked to. Our last night we came back to our lock being jammed and not able to get into the unit. We were on the phone back and forth with the property manager trying new codes but didn't work. Waited about 30 minutes for maintenance to come check it out. Tried calling the manager again but the phone stayed busy and never heard back from them. Maintenance changed the battery and we thought that worked but the next morning the same thing was happening. We were checking out so we didn't address it. Other than that, it was a great stay.
