Our Moorings condo is like none of the others you might have seen. It is the only one in the complex that is 3 bedrooms which leads to a floor plan perfect for families or friends getaways. It is located just steps to the Dunes House where you can access the beach and Atlantic Ocean.

It features three bedrooms and three full baths. The spacious kitchen features granite counter tops and tile flooring. It is well equipped for any chef with full size oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. The kitchen includes a cozy breakfast nook with bistro table perfect for two as well as an additional bar area with seating for six! The kitchen is completely open to a large and comfortable living area that includes plenty of seating, tile floors and a 50' HD Flat Screen TV with sound bar. Our Condo has an ocean view that can be enjoyed from the living area, master bedroom and two large decks with wonderful ocean breezes.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, cable, flat screen television, large closet and plenty of drawer space. The master bath with double vanities, ceramic floors and a tiled bathtub/shower combo. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean view and the most amazing sunset!

This unique floor-plan designed for beach living includes two additional guest bedrooms with full baths. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, cable, flat screen television and a private bath. The second guest bedroom also includes a queen bed, cable, flat screen television and a private balcony with ocean views. It too has a bathroom featuring a deluxe, stand-up shower that is accessed from the bedroom or the common area.

Our condo is located in Palmetto Dunes, an award winning and private-gated community central to everything on the island. Our condo is a second level unit with an ocean VIEW! It is just steps away from the Dunes House ( about 50 yards) with access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Seasonally Dunes House also features food, drinks and live entertainment. Also just a short stroll from our condo is a private pool with bathrooms, private to the Moorings community, for you to enjoy a refreshing swim.

Located in the resort itself you have three championship golf courses, a tennis center, and a rental center to rent bikes or canoes to enjoy the miles of paths and lagoons throughout the plantation! Be sure to check out Alexander’s restaurant and Big Jim's also in located in Palmetto Dunes.
