This 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage has all living areas on one level. Take in all the salty air from the expansive outdoor decks and enjoy the incredible views from the observation deck! Ground Level: Charcoal Grill. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Living Area (fireplace not to be used) with Queen Sleeper Sofa, 55 inch HDTV and Blue-Ray Player. Dining Area and a Kitchen/Bar with a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle and a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Amenities include: Observation Deck, an Open Deck with a Table and Chairs, a Charcoal Grill, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Pack and Play (no linens provided), a High Chair, High Speed Internet, 3 Color Cable TVs, a DVD Player, a CD Player, and a Washer/Dryer. Fireplace is not to be used at any time.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
