Beautifully Appointed 4 Bedroom Oceanside Townhouse on 78th Street!

Beautiful, well-appointed home available for families and small groups of individuals over 25 years old. The unit, which sleeps up to 10 comfortably, is beachside, located just steps from the beach! This end unit townhome has four large bedrooms and boasts a ton of light. The unit has beach views from the 5 balconies and bay views from all windows.

Just a half flight up, once you enter, there are two bedrooms (one with balcony) and a full bath with tub. The next level has a gourmet kitchen which flows into the dining area and large great room with numerous large windows and excellent views and a cozy gas fireplace. This level has two balconies. And finally, the top level has two large bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms and vaulted ceilings. The top level has another two balconies. The master has a large slider to it's own balcony. Each bedroom comes equipped with a ceiling fan and a TV.

In addition, owner provides a phone with free US long distance and high speed wireless service (please bring your own computer). There is a family room area with cable TV with the option to have Comcast On Demand. The owner provides numerous DVD's and games, which is perfect for families that have kids and for adults, when you are not on the beach.

Note: We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. This includes senior groups and any group that would like to use a parent to sign the contract. Rentals in season are only available Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights minimum.

We were coming in town for Oceans Calling with 3 of our adult children and their spouses. Our stay was 3 nights. The unit was decorated nicely, plenty of room for us all to hang out in the main area and the beds were super comfy! I’ve never had to bring my own linens and paper products but we made it work and would not deter us from staying again. Hosts were very responsive to messages and this was overall a perfect stay! Thank you!

Nice Stay!

The property requires you to bring your own linens which is fine. And the condo is close to the road so it can be a little loud at night, but we got used to it after the first night and didn't notice the noise at all after that. The place is very clean and was a perfect getaway for the long weekend!

Ocean City Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family. Every family had their own space and the living room kitchen area was very comfortable for all. The location on the corner was noisy from the traffic but not a real problem. We loved the storage in the garage as well. We had a great vacation!

Great Getaway

This is our 2nd year staying here and we love this condo. It is close to restaurants and the beach. All amenities are available as advertised. Our hosts are easily accessible if needed. The area is quiet and the layout of the unit provides privacy for several couples.

Bike week girls weekend

Everything was great. Lots of bulbs out on ceiling fans and front outside light, cleaning company needs to pay more attn to detail. Refrigerator, sand on floors, dust on baseboards and spilled drink on wall. All and all great house and location. Will stay again.

Thank you so much for this feedback. Sorry to hear that the unit was not cleaned properly. I wish we would have known so we could have sent them back out to clean and had our handyman come over to replace the lightbulbs. We hope that you stay again!

Spring Cruisin' Car Show

Stayed in this unit for Spring Cruisin'. Had 5 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. Plenty of space for everyone. The bunk bed room was perfect for the two 4 year olds and the 2 year olds were in pack n plays/slumber pods. Everyone slept great! My 2 year old actually slept in the walk in closet with the pack n play but I don't recommend that during the summer months because of air flow. It was hard to keep the upstairs at a good temperature without freezing the rest of the townhouse but with the cooler weather outside, it was definitely manageable. Having 5 balconies was perfect for the event! We never ate at bayside skillet but it's directly across the street for those who like that place. We would definitely rent this place again for a future car weekend.

Family Vacation

We were overall very pleased and we are considering another stay here in 2023. The noise did not bother us. Def a lot of steps if you have someone who can't do steps. The décor could be little more beachy and a mirror or two on back of the doors would be a great addition. The beds were very comfy and I slept like a rock. The place was very cool which was awesome too. Owners were awesome to communicate with. We are hoping to stay next year. Thank you

Great stay, Great Communication

We had a fantastic stay at this property. As other mentioned, there is definitely road noise, but we were prepared for this and it did not affect our stay. The location is top notch, walking distance to several restaurants and steps to the beach. We ran into some minor hiccups along the way that any property owner would encounter over time owning a home. Rachel was FANTASTIC to work with and was in communication with us immediately to resolve the issues. I highly recommend renting from this owner as you can truly tell they care about their property and the satisfaction of their renters. We look forward to renting again!

Perfect stay!

This property was great for 3 small families, a very very short walk to the beach - great for toddlers. The property lay out meant that we all had space and an infant could sleep uninterrupted with toddlers playing on a different level. I saw negative comments about road noise but it did not bother us at all, a non-issue for us. The beach at this part of ocean city is really nice too, our first time staying in this area. Communication with the owners was great! I can’t say enough good things, we will be back!!

Plenty of room for our family of 9 with 4 bedrooms. There is some road noise, but that did not have an impact on our stay. It is a great location with easy access to the beach. Owner is quick to respond if you have questions.

Beautiful home in Briarwood Community

Great spacious townhouse in a perfect centralized location. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and the beach was so close to walk to as well which made it very convenient. My only recommendation would be that the cleaning staff do a better job between rentals. There were crumbs left on the countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms could have used a more thorough cleaning. Other than that the place was great.

Nice Townhouse Easy Access to Beach

We really enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. The townhouse was nice. Only negatives were the very loud traffic noise , that includes people too. We had a 2yr old so it took a couple of nights for her to get used to all the commotion. Also the place was fairly dusty and return air vents were in need of cleaning and the comforters were not the cleanest. The place also had a fairly bad ant problem. Saw several ant traps but they didn't seem to be helping. Despite the items I mentioned we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to forewarn those who might not be able to overlook these items.

We absolutely could not be happier with our first time stay in Ocean City! The townhouse was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Spacious and the location to the beach was perfect. The owners/manager were prompt with responses and very accommodating with any questions or things we needed.
