The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026. Materials for this project will be delivered on August 4th. The setup for the renovation will be August 04-18, and the renovation will begin on August 18th. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. All heated pools are closed October 20-November 28. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the reservation.

There are 10 pool bands in the condo. Beach gate access code, internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

The living/dining area is a great place for the family to gather and create vacation memories. Wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing gulf views. All new flooring.

Dine in or out. The beautifully renovated kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. The condo has all new flooring throughout. The owner has recently added all new stainless appliances, new countertops, sinks, backsplash new lighting. The large new dining table seats 8 and there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The balcony has loveseat sofa , outdoor coffee table and two accent chairs. After dinner gather the family around to watch tv or a movie on the 42 inch, wall mounted, flat screen.

For your convenience this condo is equipped with WIFI and local and domestic long distance calls are free.

When it is time to turn in for the night this condo provides all the best in sleeping accommodations. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom is extremely spacious and has a tiled walk in shower and spa bathtub.

The second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. The bathroom is renovated with modern sinks and a walk in shower.

Both bedrooms, and the living area, have access to the over-sized balcony with outdoor living furniture to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

The third bedroom is an apartment on its own. With a brand new king bed, extra large living area and a private balcony you have a great place to get away when it's time for private down time.

There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedding for the sleeper sofa is located in the primary bedroom closet.

Lets not forget about the real reason you come to Long Beach. Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach. With this much space the beach never feels crowded.

If a pool is more to your liking, the 6800-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and a palm tree islands will be just what you are looking for. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool providing tropical drinks and delicious meal options to make your vacation easy and convenient. The Lagoon Pool is located between Tower 2 and 3.

There are two heated Polynesian Pools on the property with hot tubs. They are located between towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4.

Charcoal grills on the property are located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts.
