Great Stay in Montauk

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and came as advertised. Hot tub and outdoor shower were great. Quiet neighborhood, close drive to town and it had everything we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great space!

Visiting from AZ & CA for a wedding at Gurneys. Some of our family live in Montauk and the house was located between everyone! Great space for the 6 of us. The deck was lovely to sit out on and enjoy a BBQ dinner with family. Location was close to everything! Chris was great to work with!

Great family house!

We rented this property for a family wedding and it worked out perfectly. Chris is very attentive and organized. The house is CLEAN, organized and very comfortable for the 6 of us. The linens and towels were new and fresh. The location, in a quiet neighborhood, is close to town, the beach, the lighthouse, Gosman’s dock- really everything. We have rented many houses over the years and I would rate this house and experience at the top of the list! Thanks Chris for opening up your home for us.

Great Montauk Getaway!

Communication with Chris couldn’t be better. Everything you could ask for in a Montauk rental - plenty of space, great appliances, TV w/ streaming services, etc. House was very comfortable- we are 4 siblings and each of us had a bedroom. We enjoyed watching TV at night or playing cards at the dinner table. This was a rainy October weekend so we didn’t use the outdoor space or hot tub but those looked great as well! Looking forward to our next trip to this house!! Highly recommended!!

Montauk reunion

This property is in the ideal location. Really enjoyed our stay. The only negative I have is it is not central air conditioned. That being said, we were really not at the house during the day and the window units were enough to cool off the bedrooms sufficiently at night.

Montauk home away from home

Perfect house and location for a family getaway in Montauk. Close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. Beautiful house. Well stocked. Outside deck is tastefully done and so relaxing - a vibe zone. Chris met us there to provide a tour, and was helpful and communicative throughout. Highly recommend.

Great week in Montauk

Our family (including our teenagers and our dog) had such a wonderful time in Montauk at this home for a week in April. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Check in/check out was seamless. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and yet not too far from so much to do. The hot tub was perfect for the cool April nights. The owner was so helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do. I love Montauk this time of year and I highly recommend a run to the lighthouse (only about 6 miles away), dinners at Harvest in Montauk and the Wolfer Kitchen in Amagansett, hike through the dunes, and as much time as you can taking in the fresh ocean air reading a book from Book Hampton. We will definitely be back and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property! The host communicated with us throughout the process which was helpful. The property was a fun, beachy getaway and we loved the jacuzzi! The host provided us with all we needed for our stay.

Great Quick Weekend Getaway

While the reason for traveling was not a happy one (memorial celebration), Chris’ place was perfect- bright, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely revisit for a vacation.

A stay that feels like home

We had a great time on our March long weekend trip to Chris's place. The home is beautifully decorated and has the touches of a true family home. The bedding and towels were higher quality than most rentals. We enjoyed the proximity to both downtown and Gossman's and enjoyed some off season relaxing. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Very peaceful break

The owner was very helpful and the interior of the house is absolutely beautiful! We found the home equipped with all that one might need. (The only thing which was not there and would have been useful is a microwave.) The jacuzzi was fun. We saw lots of deer and beautiful birds in the garden. All in all, we are so happy that we went. We had a great time!

Great stay in montauk

Overall this was a great experience off season in Montauk. The house is a little farther from the town than I had expected but right near the golf course which was great. All amenities are as listed...the only thing is that the fireplace was not in use but not a big deal. The house is great for a family because it is very open and gets a lot of sunlight. There isn’t a dining room space but a small kitchen table that worked for us. This is a great property in a great town. Chris even leaves a little book with recommendations and instructions which was very helpful. Check in was very easy

Montauk- The best

What a privilege it was the rent this perfect Montauk beach house from Chris! Chris is a great owner to rent from. She was very personable and made sure that the experience was smooth and enjoyable for all. The house has everything you need and in my opinion, the perfect location in Montauk. Right in the center between downtown Montauk and my favorite, Gosmams dock. Clean, neat and charming house that my children, wife and myself fully enjoyed. Clear, easy instructions on everything you need to know at the house. Have rented many times in Montauk before and Chris definitely made this stay the most welcoming and easy vacation! Highly recommend to anyone considering renting in Montauk.

Week getaway in Montauk

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was spotless and had all the amenities needed to make us, our 3 children and dog feel at home. The location is fantastic as it is only a 5 minute drive to town, but far enough to give you peaceful relaxation. Chris is an amazing host. She met us at the house when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. She sent us a detailed email during our stay giving us her recommendations for food shopping and restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to stay in Montauk with all the amenities of home and minutes from town, this is the place for you. We look forward to returning again soon.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly as described. It was the perfect spot for my family. A quick drive to the bay or ocean beaches but not so close as to be bothered by the crowds and noise. The house was very clean and bright and had everything we needed to cook a meal or just relax. I would definitely recommend for families and I would love to stay there again!

Wonderful, warm, immaculate home. Lovely owners

My family and I stayed at this terrific home last year as we rang in 2016. Everything about the home was just as we had hoped. The home is comfortable, immaculate, beautifully decorated and attended to. Easy to tell that these owners take great pride in maintaining this house, they are also lovely people. All around great experience, highly recommend this rental!

beautiful house; delightful owner

I stayed at this house with my husband, toddler and infant for a week in June. It was totally perfect for us. The house feels very secluded and has a large yard for the toddler to run around in, as well as a bunch of toys on the property for him to play with. It strikes the perfect balance between being beautiful, but livable - it's white and airy, but not stuffy in the slightest. The deck is so, so lovely - the pics don't really do it justice. The only challenge we had (for travelers with still-napping kids) is that the upstairs bedrooms stay pretty bright while the sun is out - may bring a dark shade with us next time, if we're lucky enough to return. The owner is friendly and easy to deal with. I hope we get to stay here again in future years!!

This house is the perfect balance of ultimate privacy with a large living space for easy entertaining inside and out -- for all seasons. Drenched with light -- we love the surrounding greenery, bright blue skies and starlight evenings! It's kid friendly and chic and clean for a weekend getaway.

The cathedral vaulted ceiling creates a large open living room with ceiling fan that is drenched with light all day long. The hot-tub and outdoor shower is an extra bonus when lounging on the outdoor decks. We couldn't resist the location!
