The house is located in Harvey Cedars on LBI's exclusive north end, the home is in residential area of single family homes and conveniently close to local marina (only one mile away) and across the street from Sunset Park(children's playground, tennis and football courts and concerts)

Non reverse living contemporary featuring all living space on the first floor except the huge master suite. The master suite has new 40' LCD HD TV and office desk with computer, printer and copier. It also has reading nook. It has private deck with ocean view. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. all of them have reading nook. One has queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom has twin bed with trundle.
The house has open lay out with fully equipped kitchen. It is decorated with contemporary furnishings and new hardwood flooring and new carpets
Enjoy all the conveniences of home including central air conditioning, Wi Fi, cable. Kitchen has an island for more counter space . It has four bar stools for dining. Dining table can seat eight people. Living area has new smart TV. Additionally there are TVs in master bedroom and in one guest bedroom. Living and dining area opens into covered deck for outdoor dining experience. Upstairs there is large masterbedroom suite with deck facing ocean. There is large deck with bay views to enjoy the sunset.
Enjoy large outside shower with separate dressing area to clean off those sandy feet after a perfect beach day. There are six beach badges and two senior badges are included in the rental. Truly one of a kind of a house! We are located 3.5 miles north of causeway and across from Sunset Park.
There are beach toys and surfing boards in the shed in addition to beach chaises and chairs and beach umbrella and a beach cart to carry beach chairs.
