The Layout

Main Level (Entrance): Walk into the serene primary suite, featuring a comfortable Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level: The heart of the home. Ascend to the sun-drenched living area, anchored by a magnificent floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. This level features an open-concept dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private deck—ideal for morning coffee or a group BBQ.

Lower Level: Perfect for kids or friends, the lower level houses two additional guest bedrooms, each fitted with two sets of Twin beds. A shared full bathroom and a convenient laundry area are also located on this floor.

We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples. Please also be aware that the deck and BBQ may be unavailable during the late fall, winter and early spring months due to snow.
