Beautifully FULLY RENOVATED condo in front of the sunny shores of the Gulf of Mexico comfortably sleeps 6. This condo is on the 10th floor and has a reserved parking space on the same floor for your convenience. It directly overlooks the resort pool, the Gulf of Mexico, and is steps away from the breathtaking beach to soak up the sun and have some family fun.

Everything you need is here for you. A fully equipped granite countertop white kitchen with seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and additional seating at the dining table nearby. Relax and enjoy some quality time with friends and family, playing games in the living room, watching movies in the 70” size flat screen TV or just relax and read a book while enjoying the ocean views and listening to the sound of the waves. The fully furnished balcony with outdoor seating and dining table is perfect to watch the breathtaking sunsets, while enjoying your cocktails before heading out to one of the many nearby restaurants in the area.

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late-night sundae on more than one occasion during your

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AT SOP:
This unit sleeps up to 6 people, no pets allowed.

NO smoking or vaping allowed, even in the unit’s balcony area.

Beach towels are not included. Please be mindful to keep sand at the beach and wet bathing suits on any of the newly renovated furniture in the unit.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Later check-out is available upon request for an additional fee, except during Spring Break.

Reservations will NOT be made to individuals under 21. In accordance with Florida State
Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence.

Property Wristbands: Must be worn on your wrist at all times while on the property. This is for your safety, as well as for your fellow guests. Children under the age of 8 are exempt from wearing wristbands. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND!

Replacement of a lost GUEST band is $100 payable by credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA). Broken, wet, or soggy wristbands (must have an entire band) may be exchanged for a new one at no charge.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund.

Pools & Hot-Tub: Hours: Open 8am-10pm / Closed from 10pm– 8am for maintenance.
Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels and other personal items do not reserve chairs. People do. Refer to posted pool rules before entering pools or hot tubs. Only small flotation devices may be used in the pool. No glass in or at pools or hot tubs. No diving.

Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the resort's amenities.

Parking Garage: Vehicles over 6’ 11” in height are not permitted. Trailers are not allowed in the parking garage. Garage Tip: Please stop and look well ahead of the corner turn in the parking garage to be sure no one is coming before you pull around the corner. Refer to the Garage Rules that are posted at the entrance of the garage. Avoid ruining your vacation by having your vehicle towed due to parking in a reserved space not assigned to you. Lost parking passes may not be replaced.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the property. Guests may not bring pets to the Shores of Panama -- No exceptions.

Trash disposal/chutes: Doors are painted green. Available on every floor by each stairwell except the 1st Floor. Bag all trash securely and send it down the chute. Large items, furniture, or other debris that does not fit in the chute may be disposed of in the dumpster located outside.

Inappropriate attire is prohibited and is at the discretion of the Security Team.
