With 1800+/- square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms with an additional sleeping area and 2 1/2 bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep up to 8+ people. Portable AC unit on main floor cools living areas nicely. Located in the heart of the beautiful Sunriver Resort, this house nestled in the pines with a deck that overlooks a beautiful common area. Our Tree House offers an unforgettable experience for families, couples, and groups of friends. This property will permit for privacy and offers a nice gathering area inside and out to promote good times. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a gas fireplace, comfortable beds, complimentary high speed internet, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. This home is located just minutes away within walking distance from The Village at Sunriver, where you'll find shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I am so pleased that Darcy had a nice stay in our Tree House in Sunriver. I am sorry that her weekend was short; the house was ready to go, but she and her family were unfortunately delayed in the their arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured in the listing, which made check-in and settling in very easy. The location was excellent—just a short distance from the water park and the Village Marketplace, making it convenient to enjoy the local attractions without much driving. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Great spot central to everything you need in Sunriver!

Tons of space indoor and outdoor, great bikes, great location, host was responsive. Fantastic spot for our family of 5 (kids 8, 6, and 3).

Pros: Pets allowed. Clean, quite, and cozy. Very hot water. Coffee maker, TVs and all appliances worked well. Plenty of closet and dresser space. SHARC passes. Close to SHARC, Fort Rock Park, and Village. 4-bikes that are maintained and work flawlessly. Cons: Small gravel parking area. Small A/C, yet adequate. No king beds; 1-queen, 1-double, and 1-queen pull-out, as well as twin bunks (we still slept fine, just used to bigger beds). No spatulas.We enjoyed this space and the "cons" are were not intolerable, but more inconveniences.

Thank you, Patrick, for your thoughts. I bought a new spatula for the Tree House and also found that there were three spatulas in the kitchen while you were there. In second drawer below silverware drawer. Please see the house listing which I have reviewed to make sure that there are not surprises re: beds, etc. The whole area in front of the Tree House is available for parking; four cars fit comfortably close to front door, making easy access the Tree House. The house is built into the hillside so the bottom floor stays cool naturally; that is why we have a great room size AC upstairs for constant cooling. Thank you again, Patrick. Spacious property with master bedroom on main floor. All other beds and rooms are downstairs. There was a little bit of a musty smell to start downstairs but was ok once we had the air going. It didn’t end up being too hot while we were there so the living room air conditioner worked to keep the house cool. The host Ruby was super attentive and responsive. We didn’t have a baking sheet and the pans were a bit used, so she got new pans and a baking sheet. We had a slight problem with some electrical outlets not working and Dave was helpful right away to get those fixed. We did find a random sock at the foot of the bed that was from a prior guest. All in all, it was a great stay. Convenient location. Always love having the SHARC passes for the pool and pickleball!

This was an amazing property at 99 per night. It was an incredible buy. The home was just lovely - super deluxe and nicely outfitted – no complaints regarding issues with the house whatsoever. The owners have seriously created a thoughtful impression and every need was accounted for. I cannot wait to come to Sunriver and visit here again.

Amazing house & Location

We had a wonderful time at the Treehouse. The location was fabulous. Such a short walk to the Sharc and Village. Everything in the house was perfect. We would absolutely return to this location!!!

Great Sunriver Stay

When we arrived, I was very impressed with how much more spacious the house was than the pictures suggested. Great location - all of the major Sunriver offerings within a short (5-min) bike ride, and the place has several bikes. Nice desk and grill off of the kitchen. Would stay again.

It is good to know that our Tree House worked well for your family of nine. Although our kitchen is well equipped with frying pans, sauce pans, large dutch oven, serving bowls, and all the accompanying utensils, I appreciate your suggestions regarding needing more and will review and add more items to make sure that our guests have what they need to cook effectively. We have a leather recliner and couch in front of the fireplace and TV. I have added some throw pillows as I want to make sure our guests can relax comfortably. Thank you for your suggestions. It is good to know that you had a great time!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend here! We enjoyed the layout of the house- good space in the living room, bunk beds, master, and guest room. Check in was smooth and easy. Clean instructions for all parts (easy to find WiFi code, simple check in instructions, and the check out instructions laminated on the countertop). Thank you for everything!

We loved the location and layout of this property; it stayed cool with the portable AC unit upstairs, and downstairs tucked away from the direct sunlight. Might look small upon arrival but really opens up and fit two families comfortably. Only suggestion I have is to add a couple bikes for children in the 8–12-year-old range and maybe think about having 10 total SHARC passes vs 8 since it sleeps more than 8 people.Overall, I wish I could own a place like this, cannot beat the location!

My partner and I decided at the last minute to do a getaway after Christmas with our two 13 year-olds, 16 year-old, and our rat terrier and found the tree-house in Sunriver. The tree house was clean and cozy with a fireplace that heated the whole living room quickly when coming back after being out in the snow. The property manager responded quickly and thoroughly to our mid-trip request to stay an extra night and made the process easy. We used the SHARC passes to go play in the pool and relax in the hot tub which was a great bonus! We played charades by the fire and stayed up late watching movies in the cozy but spacious living room. And everyone had plenty of space to relax and chill - a must with teenagers! We had a FANTASTIC trip and will definitely be back to the tree house again for a getaway! Thank you for a great memory for our family!

Tree House stay

It was great. We knew what we were getting into. The house was appropriately priced for not having air conditioning. The blinds were pretty filthy, making me wonder how often the place was thoroughly cleaned. The beds were a little below average for comfort. Furniture was not very comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here.

I appreciate your comments, but need to make clear that the house is thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest. The blinds are cleaned but are older so that is what might have appeared to need cleaning. We will attend to this right away. We have a new mattress on Master Bedroom so I am not sure what the concerns were. Bunk beds are always a bit more firm. But we are so thankful for Jon and his family and that they enjoyed their stay at a very low cost for a house in Sunriver.
