🛏️The Space:

One Bedroom, One Bath Suite 107 at Summerhouse with pool views. Features 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a tile walk-in shower, and a balcony. Suites are located just under 1/2 mile from the beach and are next to the main resort complex. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

We really enjoy Litchfield Beach Resort and this was another good unit. Clean and great access to the pool. Cant wait to be back.

Had a great trip and had everything needed. Attractive space and well decorated. Nice to be close to pool and beach was a short walk or bike ride. We brought bikes which was helpful. Unit was clean and had ample kitchen supplies.

We were only there for a couple of days but it was amazing. It was close to Myrtle beach and Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location

I very much enjoyed my stay. It was perfectly located on Pawleys Island. Only 5 minutes from the golf course. The apartment was well suited for my needs.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is my second stay in this property. It has been consistently excellent! The walkability to the beach and the onsite Starbucks are key amenities. I will be back!

The location by the pool with the splash pad was perfect for our little ones! The unit fit our family perfectly and was just as advertised. We will be back!

Great day.

The original Condo we were booked in had a funny smell, but otherwise was super clean. We called to the front desk and they immediately switched us to a different room. They were very accommodating.

Everything was great except for we had an issue with the towels being delivered and the trash was not taken out as advised. I had to call multiple times on 2 separate days and finally they were delivered. The trash was never taken out as stated was part of the rental.
