The cottage is to be left in the same immaculate condition that you will find it in. No candles or smoking are allowed, nor any parties. Absolutely no beach parking allowed for persons other than renters . This will be strictly enforced and if violated you will be asked to leave. The mini splits are extremely fragile and I ask that they not be touched and only controlled by remotes.
