Welcome to The Waterford Château Estate, a luxury estate located in the prestigious neighborhood of Porto Cima at the 14-mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. This beautifully crafted 6,000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 14 in the main house. Be sure to inquire at the time of booking about adding another bedroom option, which could sleep another 4-5 people, in a bonus space above the garage, which we call "The Hideaway." The Hideaway is a separate one-bedroom apartment with two queen beds, a pack-n-play, a shower bathroom, a full kitchen, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and its own separate entrance. Let us know at the time of booking if you need the Hideaway for your stay. Perfect for families, groups, and special gatherings—book your stay and experience Porto Cima at its finest.

Inside, the Château features a large chef’s kitchen with an ice maker, a gas fireplace in the living room, a whole-house Sonos sound system, and elegant gathering spaces. Entertainment is a highlight with a downstairs bar and lounge featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, and 85” TV, plus a garage game room with foosball, ping pong, darts, air hockey, oversized Connect 4, and giant Jenga—fun for all ages.

The Waterford Château Estate offers sweeping main-channel views, sunset skies, and is located in the prestigious community of Porto Cima. Enjoy resort-style outdoor living with a private pool (Memorial Day–September), a 6-person saltwater spa (open year-round), and expansive decks perfect for sunsets and watching the July 4th fireworks. A new concrete dock, which arrived in March 2026, has a covered boat slip 10'x24' for guests. The lounge area on the dock is ideal for boating and lake days.

Built by the renowned Kansas City mason August J. “Gus” Feldker Sr., known as the Lake’s “castle builder,” built this extraordinary home, which showcases exceptional stone craftsmanship throughout. NOTE: When making a reservation, you are reserving the main house only with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The Terrace Hideaway is available upon request at the time of booking, and MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE BOOKING to have access to a 6th bedroom with two more queen beds and another bathroom. Please check for availability and add this extra space to your booking for an additional $150/night for larger groups, or families that need another bedroom. The main house has than the 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Add the Hideaway to your reservation and now you have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!
