Since we purchased our condo in August 2011 we have upgraded the kitchen with new cabinets, new granite, stainless steel appliances and ceramic tiles. Completely repainted. All new furniture throughout the condo including all pillow top mattresses. The condo has vaulted ceilings as well as ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living area. Plantation shutters are on all windows.

This end unit has fantastic views from the living areas and bedrooms. Whether you play tennis, work out, walk, bike, or simply like to lie by the pool, it is impossible not to relax when you enter the condo before or after your chosen activity.

There is a large 47" Flat Panel TV in living room and a 32" flat Panel TV in the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with linen closet and a large walk in closet. The Guest bedrooms feature one queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds and separate bath for guests.

The Kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, elegant granite counter tops with a breakfast area and dark wood cabinets, and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. This luxury condo will provide you with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer.

St. Croix at Pelican Marsh is a gated community located 20 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport, 10 minutes from Beautiful Gulf beaches, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops, outlet malls. 15 minutes from Old Naples and famous Fifth Avenue.

Beach chairs are provided for your use during your stay.

We will provide an access pass for front entry gate.
