Welcome to Cruzan Paradise !!

We're part of a private and beautiful beachfront property in a quiet location, just steps from the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Guest comments heard most often are about the "beauty and quiet", about the other "friendly vacationers and residents" and all the "friendly and helpful locals." Cruzan Paradise was just newly refreshed for the short term vacation rental market with many dates now available.

This is the the ideal spot for a relaxing Cruzan vacation. If you're really trying to get away from it all, this is the place for you. Cruzan Paradise is situated off the beaten path but still near everything. It's beautiful, quiet, sunny, friendly, and relaxing. Sometimes, it's just great to stay on premises, swim in the pool, walk on the Beach, watch the Wildlife or lounge on the Balcony. Nearby activities like diving, kayaking, snorkeling, zip line, swimming in tidal pools or in a bioluminescent bay, (one of only 7 in the World !) provide Fun in the Sun. There's no TV to distract you from your vacation. OMG, NO TV ? Force yourself. Really, you can do it ! Instead, Lounge on the balcony, read a good book, talk to your best friend, relax to the soothing sounds of the Ocean and the gentle breeze. If you just can't help yourself and have to check in with the office or see how much snow they're getting back home, there's always the WiFi.

Our two-Bedroom Condo (sleeps 2 in Air Conditioned King bed room, 2 in Air Conditioned Twin Beds room, with ensuite Baths) captures the vibrant color and style of tropical St. Croix and offers a fully equipped kitchen for 'at home' convenience as well as a shared coin op washer/dryer adjacent .

Guests of our secluded getaway can also enjoy the Crystal Clear Pool and tanning Beach only steps from your front door. Don't feel like cooking? You're just 10 minutes to many fine restaurants in Christiansted to the East and a scenic 20 minute drive to several fantastic restaurants to the West.

You'll find additional shops, galleries, restaurants and invigorating activities all over this beautiful Island Paradise. US Citizens don't need a Passport !

Great property management

We really enjoyed are stay. Everything was clean and the beach at the condo was great for the kids. Tim gave us lots of great recommendations on where to eat and must see places while on the island. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation!

We love visiting St. Croix! This condo was in a great central location. We loved being close to the beach and really enjoyed the pool. Tim was a great host and always responded quickly to answer any questions. He was also great at providing helpful information for activities, eating, etc.

Great place to stay on St. Croix

We loved our stay here. We stayed 8 nights (December into January). Great location, great pool (somewhat out of the trade winds), and great unit. Tim was very communicative and very helpful. We will look at this unit again when we return to St. Croix. Thanks, Tim!

We could have not asked for a better host then Tim! The condo is lovely and so are the people that live in the complex! Always felt safe and made some new friends along the way! We would definitely recommend Tim and the condo to our friends and family!!

A Month in Paradise

This was our second stay in the condo complex, but first stay in this condo. The condo is in a great location close to shopping and entertainment. It's great to have off-street parking and on-site laundry. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We had a few issues at check-in with the Internet, but Tim helped us get that resolved immediately. We also had issues with leaking in the shower in the second bedroom and the dishwasher also leaked. The shower was fixed quickly but unfortunately the dishwasher needed a part that didn't arrive during our stay. During our stay Tim was in contact with us frequently with information related to the island, water conditions, activities and the condo. He was very responsive to our questions--distance did not interfere with his ability to assist us as needed. We had a wonderful month in St. Croix and would rent here again.

Relax in Paradise

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 days. The pictures and description are spot on. The owner was extremely helpful and provided wonderful concierge advice on nearby things to see and do. We were looking for a place to get away and relax and this fit the bill. The balcony was a wonderful place to start the day. We made coffee, sat and watched the waves kiss the beach, and planned our day. Most days we started poolside. The pool is never busy and you have your pick of shade or sun. Afternoons we went exploring and everything was close and easy to reach. At days end we came back to the clean and comfotrtable condo...back to the balcony and our own cocktails from the fridge. If you visit the Cruzan rum factory...you can start taste testing without needing a designated driver ! There are also several resort restaurants wirhin walking distance, so it's up to you how far afield you want to venture. Even as I write this, what I remember the most is....there is no stress in paradise.

Winter break in St.Croix

The condo was absolutely as described, everything you would need and so cute, comfy bed too, lovely view over pool and in sight of the beach. Unfortunately we couldn't swim there, too much seaweed and rough waves almost continuously. But the sound of the waves in the evening, on the balcony, glass of wine or morning coffee couldnt be beat, and the pool was perfect. Our newly made best friends at ROLLY'S TAXI made a trip to other beaches a breeze. I throughly recommend these very knowledgeable, polite and lovely drivers. Ms. Delia, Mr Wendell, Mr. MOORE ( such a gentleman) and ofcourse the man himself Mr. ROLAND (Rolly). Between them I think we hit the best beaches, great food and best points of interest, without having to navigate around the island driving on 'the other side of the road' . But when I say 'off the grid',, it means no television, bring your laptop or kindle. There is wifi. When out and about don't expect 'snappy' service everytime. Remember you are on Island time, the pace is more relaxed.

Tim the ultimate concierge

Tim is fantastic.Excellent communication prior to arrival; during, and final.Our stay was 28 days. Friends joined us 2 weeks in.The kitchen had everything for meal prep. From lobster boil, to conch fritters. The seafood ( frozen)@ plaza extra East was fantastic and reasonable, don't forget to ask for fuel vouchers. Saved 2.00On a 20 fuel amount. It adds up.. We drove over500 miles.. lots and lots of circles.Cost u less nextdoor is a mini Costco and had some Kirkland signature items.The distillery tours Rum,Vodka..really were funIn the coffee table drawer is a great register of past clients and their favorite trips. We made multiple pages of our favorites, restaurants, snorkeling,diving, beaches,groceries. The outdoor patio is perfectly located for cool breezes and soothing wave action sounds.Actually saw whales spouting off in the distance.The AC units are super easy to set to your comfort.For those days you've overdone in the sun.The pool was a must, what a great place to meet the residents and the travelers. Many evenings were spent swapping stories and tales.Free parking conveniently located made it easy for grocery runs.It is fantastic being in this area of the island ,on " cruise ship days" not having to deal with 1000's of visitors . We have been to a lot of islands over the years, and this will make number 2 on our list of " must return"Hope your stay is as memorable as ours.Steve n Carrie. Lake George CO

Incredible place with incredible views

Tim’s place is wonderfully located right on the beach. It has the most amazing view right off the balcony. His condo is clean and has everything anyone could need to have a pleasant stay. Tim was our very own tour guide even though he was 2,000 miles away. When it came to dining and sight seeing recommendations he was more than knowledge and helpful. The community at The Cruzan Princesse was helpful and kind. The bed is super comfortable and the constant breeze off the ocean makes you want to sleep the day away. I really can thank Tim enough for his hospitality and care throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that’s centrally located but just enough off the beaten path for peace and quiet then this is your place. The pool/pool area was exceptional and cleaned daily.

Quaint paradise

Wonderful location close to food and other fun activities. Enjoyed our nightly walks down the beach for family entertainment & food at the Palms. Great neighbors and fun pool time. Would definitely recommend!

Tim is a good guy. Location mid island is great. Condo is nicely located in complex with water views and breezes. Needs some bathroom updating, but living area is nice. We would return 👍

Cruzan Comforts

We highlycan’t say enough about how accommodating and helpful Tim was to work with. He answered text and emails very quickly and gave us lots of great information. He recommended we get a rental and told us of a cheap local place, the car was definitely needed. The condo was great, suited what our family of 4 was looking for, not to be on top of each other like a hotel room. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, in a great location. One of our top criteria’s was a place with a pool, this place had that, well worth it.

Most enjoyable placed I have stayed!!

Upon arrival the ocean view was amazing the sunsets were stunning walking into the condo was an excellent view enjoyable nice and clean and fresh it was an excellent stay I would definitely recommend for anybody to stay at this condo the owner Tim is an excellent host if it was possible to give 10 stars I would have very enjoyable sitting on the balcony overlooks the pool the ocean the palm trees it was just stunning!!

Close enough, yet far enough away. You can always count on the Virgin Islands for warm, beautiful weather, soothing Trade Winds and beautiful beaches. Mid 80's everyday !
We're located Mid Island, on the North Shore, convenient to everywhere on the Island or far enough away to really get away ! You'll see !
