Perfect Family Vacation

Ron and Rose were amazing hosts! Excellent communication regarding checking in and out as well as recommendations for area, dining and attractions. House was well kept and the perfect spot for a family of five to enjoy some beach time! It was great being able to have such close access to the ocean while still having the privacy of, our own beach in our backyard would definitely stay again!

We always try to stay here while in the Madeira Beach area. You wonā€™t find a better home on the beach thatā€™s so family and pet-friendly. The owners are the most accommodating hosts weā€™ve had and the house is like moving to a home away from home, stocked with everything you need. The proximity to Johnā€™s Pass, Treasure Island, Clearwater and St. Petersburg provides lots of options for food, activities, or just relaxing on the beach or large deck. Weā€™ll be back!

Best Location in the Beach

Beautiful setting

Outstanding location - just steps to the water! Feels like your own private beach is at your doorstep. Communication with the owner is good and check in/out process is also good. This was our second visit to the property and we hope to return.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay and house is directly on the beach as described. Ron & Rose met us at their house to check in and show us around. The place was quiet and very spacious and accommodating especially for several people for a family vacation and had very easy access to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location! The house was well stocked and clean. The back deck right on the beach was amazing! Ron was great to work with throughout the whole process, we highly recommended it and canā€™t wait to return next year!

The house is situated directly on the beach just yards from the sea. The property is actually better than the photos and very spacious and accommodated our party comfortably. It's ideally located close to shops bars and restaurants

Beach House with Beautiful Views and Great Location!

We could have not asked for better hosts. Ron and Rose provided great communication leading up to our arrival. Their beach house is located conveniently by Johns Pass and provide all the amenities you could need. Of course the best part is view from the deck off the master bedroom. Definitely a place we would consider staying at again!

Ron was a great host and we loved his beach house! Sitting on the deck feet away from the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was great and everything was within walking distance. Charming Beach House-Excellent Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at the beach house (mom, dad and two college age sons). You canā€™t beat being directly on the beach, but also the location with its walkability to Johnā€™s Pass is a huge bonus. The house itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Perfect for viewing those beautiful gulf coast sunsets! I was initially concerned about any potential noise from the resort next door, but we couldnā€™t hear anything when we were inside. When enjoying the outdoors on the deck it was not an issue either. The foliage in between the house and resort offers good privacy. It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Ron upon our arrival and shown around the house. We enjoyed meeting him and learning about some of the history of the beach house. We look forward to returning next year! Thank you Ron for your hospitality!

Home away from home. 4 adults and a 15 month old- and the home worked out great. The baby had a quiet room for naps and early bedtime while the adults could feel safe on the back deck enjoying the beautiful gulf views!! Weā€™ll be back!!

Paradise Found!

What a location. We stayed 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. If you didnā€™t want to- you would never have to leave your home- but if you did - just about everywhere you would want to visit is less that 30 minutes away. The home was clean and comfortable- to walk out on the deck for a sunset was even better. Even though the beach club is next door- it was very quiet in the house - and fairly private on the beach deck. Ron and Rose were the best hosts anyone could ever find. Made us feel very comfortable and made sure that the home was equipped with anything you would need. Will be counting the days until our next trip here!
