Beautiful location, clean, comfy. Parking available immediately next to condo. The owners communicated well too. Stayed here for a week and I highly recommend!!

Beautiful Condo with Ocean Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The team did a great job relocating us to this condo from our seaside rental due to the hurricane. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and had a great kitchen with everything a family needs for a week. Great location for us during the Queen's Race with groceries and restaurants nearby. Easy driving to Kona and Honaunau.

This condo was a perfect home away from home for our family of 7. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the unit was the best equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed at. There is basically everything you need, from soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, to a kitchen with a great selection of spices and appliances, including a crock pot. They also have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a beach bag, and cooler so you can really get out and enjoy the island. The location is outside of the business of Kailua but allows easy access to all of the major attractions. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay with Beautiful views

We chose and reserved this property because of the size of our family. We have 6 children ages 13-21 that came with us on our trip. Everyone was comfortable with their sleeping arrangements, the lanai was spacious and with beautiful ocean sunset views. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing stay for a wedding

The property was outstanding and was like the photos show. The complex is quiet and one of the 3 pools/spas was right outside the unit. The property managers were great. They checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we were happy and to see of they could do anything to improve our stay. Could not have had a better time!

Spacious unit with beautiful views

We rented this unit for our family vacation. It is bright and airy with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. It had a nice balcony with a large dining table and chairs. Management was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

It is extremely quiet and fun to watch golfers from the spacious lanai. It is nice to have plentiful parking. We would definitely rent again. The property maganement is excellent.

Perfect winter escape

Our family of five had a perfectly enjoyable stay at this property. This was the first time we stayed in south of Kona after vacationing many times up north. We loved the convenience of being close to everything. The unit was large enough for all of us to spread out. Even though we were right on the golf course, it was peaceful and quiet (save for the birds' songs). The sunset was breathtaking no matter how many time we've seen it.

Well equipped kitchen and rental property overall. Very comfortable and nice view. Great location for us. There were a few used squeeze apple sauce packets under an upstairs bed and pretzel crumbs elsewhere. We exterminated 30 plus flies upon arrival and about 5-10/day. Never saw where they came from as doors and windows were closed. Management asked what they could do. If another property was available, would have moved us. They credited us some money. I was satisfied with that. Overall we enjoyed the property.

While this can occasionally happen in Hawaiʻi, we understand how frustrating it is—especially when you’re trying to settle in and relax. We truly appreciate your communication with us during your stay and we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly, explore solutions (including offering to relocate you if possible), and provide a credit that felt fair. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy this condo. We have 7 people in our family 4 adult and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pot and pans. The Lanai was fantastic. You can watch the sunset right from the Lanai very night. It was a quiet location. You can see the pool right from you window. The Owner was very responsive with any needs we had. Would 100% stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a very enjoyable place to stay. There was a minor issue with the lanai sliding door being difficult to move but a call to the property manager resulted in a very quick response to someone arriving to make it easier. There are 3 parking spaces assigned to this even though only 2 were mentioned (we only needed 2). Because we were looking at a different CC Villa unit (that only had 1 parking) we had to go with this. It caused some confusion because unit #326 charges extra for AC where the other did not (mildly disappointing). AC is needed being an upper unit. We had 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant and we all enjoyed the stay!

This home was incredibly beautiful in such a nice quiet place. My family loved enjoying the birds on the lanai in the morning and the new air conditioning was absolutely needed because it was HOT while we were there. All the employees we interacted with were super nice people too. Hope to book again when we come back.
