This recently renovated Sunriver vacation rental is perfect for your family and friends regardless of the time of year. Summertime guests will enjoy the barbecue on the back deck, while winter visitors have a warm stone hearth back inside to enjoy. Pet Friendly.

With plush living quarters, a well-equipped kitchen, and many scenic windows, you will find yourself utilizing every corner of this retreat.

One of the premier attractions of Sunriver awaits at SHARC only a short walk away, with free passes providing access to the facility's acclaimed pools and aquatic attractions. Provided bicycles provide access to 40 miles of paved trails. Other summer activities include; kayaking along the Deschutes River and horseback riding. Wintertime guests can enjoy a shuttle to Mount Bachelor and a tubing hill a short walk from the door. The Village at Sunriver features shopping and dining year-round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Such a great spot!!!

This property was awesome! Walking distance to SHARC, quiet loop for bike rides for kids, clean home, comfy beds! I’m leaving a review. I don’t wanna type it. I’m gonna go do it in another room real quick oops

Fine, though a bit dated

The location was great and I loved the windows. It is dated, however, and has a bit of a musty smell.

Sunriver rental Raccoon.

Location is perfect, kids loved riding bikes around cul de sac very convenient to the Village and Sharc. Would be ideal if there was a hot tub. Didn't mind that there was no TV in the master bedroom but think they should have one in the main family room. The price is very reasonable for this home. The window cranks need to be checked, especially the kids room my husband had to go outside to close it. Overall wonderful family vacation. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog and for sharing your home.

Disappointed

The home was dirty: cobwebs, dirty carpet, dust bunnies, green substance along the bathroom sink drains and some other minor things. The home is outdated and the carpet could certainly be replaced. There is a single tv in the bedroom with twin beds, which is not adequate. Granted, tv is not a huge priority but a movie night with the family would have been nice. A couple good things; the kitchen was well stocked, the bbq worked well, and the AC was nice.

Great Home for Basic Needs

Vacasa did a great job managing our stay. Basic needs of toiletries and accessories were met. The home was perfect for what we needed. AC was a must for hot and Smokey conditions, which this home had. The one level was nice. Some improvements could be made if traveling with children (no kid bikes, high chairs, or cribs). Overall we’d stay here again. Trains nearby, but didn’t disturb sleep or stay.

Disappointing stay

I don’t usually leave poor reviews about properties but this one was pretty awful. The place was cramped, smelled like mildew, and had a kitchen that was very poorly appointed. It felt like the people who ran it had done nothing to make it comfortable or inviting. Even the welcome mat was frayed and looked about fifteen years old. My kids were especially bummed because the listing said hot tub, but it turned out the hot tub was a shared one (like sharing it with all of SR) and was in the SHARC complex, which is only open certain hours and does not allow anyone under 16. The hot water also stopped working, so no showers after a day of skiing. The local Vacasa people never sent anyone to fix it and the company gave us a lousy refund of 40.00 for every day we didn’t have hot water. This was the kind of experience that makes me want to stay in hotels…

The property was very clean. Kitchen well supplied. Only needed to borrow one thing. Lining room Furnatrue was uncomfortable, mainly because couches made into beds. Loved the fireplace.

Family catchup at Racoon1

Great location and easy access. Great communication as to how to get there, accessunit and operate items. We dint know where to find Sharq passes and called the office and they helpes right away to locate them. Because we were there for a short time and didnt want to wait for repairs, there are things that need to be fixed onsite. -- We could not figure out how to turn on the fireplace. -- We pulled out the blender to make margaritas and we put in ice, the mix and discovered the machine had a leak and ended up with mix all over the counter. We chose to have our margaritas on the rocks instead. -- Th patio screen

Great location

We loved the close proximity to the SHARC and the mall. Great deck that faced the lane to watch kids ride bikes.

Changes to Property

Cabin was nice. Perfect location but the first thing we saw as we walked in the door was nasty stained carpet. If pets are going to be allowed the owners should install vinyl flooring. Not a good first impression when walking in. Second complaint was the back screen door. Held together by tape and it kept falling off the track. Install a new metal screen door not a mesh door.

Stay away

Too hot when temp is >95 degrees as there is no AC and inadequate tiny fans making the house basically uninhabitable between 3 and 7 PM on a hot day and likely dangerous for anyone who is frail. Should not be a summer rental! Carpet is old and with multiple stains with faint smell of urine. Odd lay out with TV only in a bed room with twin beds. Can't tell what were supposed upgrades that are alluded to except 2 steps off the deck. I don't think any real improvements have been made or serious maintenance performed in over 10 years. Nice but miss leading photo shopping of the images. Shame on you!

Carpet needs cleaning & Vacasa management needs improvement

We were looking forward to a relaxing getaway and unfortunately this trip didn't provide that. We had not received any information from Vacasa including address and check in process. I emailed Vacasa and had to request both. We arrived at 8:30 PM only to find out that Vacasa sent an incorrect entry code. We called Vacasa and received the correct code. We entered the home to find that there was a strong odor which smelled like urine. The carpet was filthy and there were stains throughout the carpet. The hallway was dark and the ceiling light was not working. We reported our concerns to Vacasa via phone and email. Nothing was done. The odor and lack of cleanliness resulted in my husband and I to cut our vacation short and check out early. We contacted Vacasa to inform them that we could not stay for the duration we paid due to the lack of cleanliness. They did not offer to clean the floors, relocate or refund the time we did not stay.

Very comfortable house. A very well stocked kitchen for cooking which is so nice!

A very nice house. Beds not the most comfortable, kitchen nicely stocked. Great location to the village and sharc. Recommend leaving a scrubber pad/sponge to clean pans better. Loved the gas fireplace. Would love to stay again.
