After lazy days by the 4,000 square foot lagoon pool or at the beach, take a short stroll to The Village at Baytowne Wharf - where you will find a plethora of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a kid’s playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summer. The second bedroom offers a 55-inch TV and a Twin Sleeper Loveseat perfect for a small child, while the third bedroom features a 32-inch TV and an en suite bathroom that is equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom is off the hallway and has a double vanity, walk in shower and soaker tub.

Parking notes: There is parking available for 1 vehicle. The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.


This rental is located on floor 3 and does have elevator access from inside the garage and the front of the building.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
