Located on the 3rd floor of the Lasata building, this spacious condo sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for families, friends, or multi-generational stays.
Golf Cart Included: A 6-seater golf cart is included in your reservation for bookings made after March 26, 2026, making it easy to explore the entire resort—from the beach to Baytowne Wharf.

Other Important Information:
Primary guest must digitally sign the rental agreement, verify ID and age, and comply with all house rules and local ordinances. Background screening may be required. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy the property for the entire stay.
Accidental damage protection is included in your reservation.
For bookings made after March 26, 2026, the golf cart rental fee is included. Guests must sign a separate golf cart agreement, provide a security deposit, and follow all Sandestin and local regulations. Details will be provided upon request.
In rare cases, mechanical or unforeseen issues may make the golf cart unavailable. Destin Paradise Rentals (850-332-4298) will address issues as quickly as possible; however, refunds are limited to the unused portion of the golf cart rental only. Due to Sandestin registration policies, replacement carts cannot be provided.

Sandestin Resort Amenities & Access: Beaches, three public golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts (10 total, 4 new additions late 2025), and catch-and-release fishing lakes with trophy bass. Year-round tram operated by Sandestin.
Getting Around:
Very walkable. Use our golf cart for added convenience and fun!
