Air-Conditioning is optional. We understand that there a lot of you out there who prefer the wonderful Hawaiian breezes and since all of the rooms have doors and ceiling fans you shouldn't have to absorb that cost. If you would like to add it please let us know, its nominal and very easy to do.

4 bedroom 2 bath home with views of Kohala, Mauna Kea and the Pacific Ocean. Huge private yard with beautifully maintained mature landscaping and HEATED PRIVATE POOL. Each room has its own entrance through French Doors which lead to the upper or lower Lanai. Gourmet kitchen with contemporary stainless appliances. 10 minutes down to the beach and less than 5 minutes to golf, supermarket and restaurants.
Relax on the one of the two Lanai's and enjoy an evening drink or BBQ with friends and family.
The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, slate tile floors, a custom oversized slate tile shower, french doors and ceiling fan. The double closet has plenty of shelving and storage for all of your belongings.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs...all of which have queen beds, ceiling fans, hanging closets and French Doors leading to another huge Lanai. The property comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate 10 for an additional $25/nt per person.
The day room has a convertable futon, more French Doors, ceiling fans and a second flat screen tv with a dvd player. It's a great room to let the kids watch a movie in the evening while the adults entertain downstairs. We also supply Igloo/coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear and beach toys.

You will see bugs in Hawaii and it has nothing to do with cleanliness, just island living. We spray the property regularly to help keep them
