This was our first time in Navarre Beach and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot! The home looks exactly as listed and is very clean and well maintained. The view of the Gulf is beautiful and we loved being able to spend time on the deck after a long day at the beach. We traveled with children and the easy access to the beach, the beach service, and the pool just made our stay that much better. The home was well stocked so we were able to cook when we wanted which was very convenient! The location was great with easy access to the pier and restaurants but down the beach enough that it was quieter than the main area. I’ll miss waking up to the perfect view of the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

The location and view from this condo is excellent!! From the living room, kitchen and master bedroom you have full view of the ocean! It’s also nice being on the fifth floor. You are just steps from the beach and can walk to the pier and two restaurants. This is our 2nd stay in the Stella Marina. The only downsides are cosmetic. The place needs some TLC and attention to detail - especially in the master bathroom. The grout around the tub desperately needs to be cleaned. There are also some moldy spots inside the shower that wouldn’t take much effort and a horrible looking plunger in the bathroom. Just some small things that would make a big difference in the way this place feels. However, the view is stunning and the place is very comfortable.

The room was just as described, great windows in the master. Good view of beach from patio. Nice having the use of chairs on beach. We did have few hiccups with the condo. The first night the handle on the front door broke and we were locked in our room. They did get someone out to fix that night. The AC unit obviously is having issues, the room would not cool down and I guess they are just putting off fixing it entirely. Had buckets catching water in the hvac closet, that we had to empty one night. Needless to say the room was never cooler than 73 and sometimes as warm as 76. The ice maker also didn’t work and they told us it was an ongoing problem. One evening we couldn’t get any volume on the TV. The beds were just okay, nothing special, seemed like the hot water heater may have been struggling as well.

Incredible views, comfortable home

The property is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Master bed is very comfortable. Nice roomy balcony. We ate our meals on the balcony. Perfect spot to enjoy the beach when you aren’t down on the beach. Short, easy walk to the pier. Windjammers & Andy D’s are both good places to eat by the pier. Beach service included. The only negative is nothing in the way of spices - not even salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook bring your own seasoning, oil, etc. Also bring your own coffee and filters. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Location was wonderful. Not a super kid friendly condo- lots of glass furniture, no plastic dishes/ cups. None of the rooms get dark at night due to bright lights on the outside of the building and no blackout drapes. Blackout curtains are not expensive and would help so much with sleeping in when the sun rises at 5:30am. The headboard situation in the primary bedroom is very annoying. It’s a shelf and the pillows fall in constantly. The couch is broken, and the shower curtain rod in the primary bath is barely hanging, which I saw mentioned in a previous review. Plenty of towels. The toiletries and dish soap/laundry pods were much appreciated.

Disappointed

Typical Florida condo...a bit old and outdated, but fairly clean and comfortable. Obviously this unit has some major hot water issues. We could not get any hot water from the kitchen sink. No hot water to wash dishes or towels. There was no hot water if you ran both showers at the same time, and if you only ran one, you got a lukewarm shower for about 3 minutes. We called Property Management, and they told us the plumber had left for the day and there was nothing they could do until Monday, leaving us with no hot water all weekend. They did not offer to move us to another unit, nor did they offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. They did not respond to our request for a partial refund, and only after much back and forth did they refund a small portion. They were very rude and told us it was a brand-new hot water heater, and it wasn't their problem. Plumber showed up on Monday. Said the hot water tank was bad and would have to be replaced. We spent all morning on our last day sitting around waiting on the plumber. Also, the HVAC leaked all over the tile hallway. They only offer beach service for 2. Be prepared to pay 50/day for each 2 chair/umbrella set. We were also given an incorrect gate code for beach access. There are no beach towels. There are no locks on the bathroom doors. All 4 bar stools are broken/unstable and dangerous to sit in. Very disappointed with the issues we had and the way they were handled. Keep looking… you can find something better.
