Welcome to “ Latitud de la Selva ( Jungle Latitude)" where you will find the oasis of comfort, style with touches of sophistication. This 3bed/ 3bath modern condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen, laudry room with washer/dry. Garden level unit with an easy access to the gardens and pools.This resort like complex is also equipped with gym, spa, sauna, roof top bar and pools, beach club, kids club, restaurant, business center, pink pong tables just steps to the beach.
The Space:
Amazing setting, you get the ocean sound and the birds singing. It is secluded, private, quite. You will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to it. The landscape is fantastic, close proximity to Punta De Mita down etc
Guest Access:
Few days upon your arrival I will need all the guests names that will be staying that way I can register them with security for easy access in and out of the property
The Neighborhood:
Private, 24 hour security, need permission to access it. Need to register all guests prior to arrival.
Getting Around:
Taxi, Uber, rental car. Parking is provided upon request.
Other Things to Note:
This is garden level corner unit, this is very convenient for those who do not like to walk, wheelchair accessible, you walk straight to the pool, bar pool to the left and restaurant, business center, kids club and reception is few steps away.

I was born and rised in small town or some may call it a village in the north part of Poland near Baltic Sea. I came to USA in my twenties and never left. I studied architecture in Portland Oregon and settled in West Linn with my family. I am a real estate agent with the love for design. I love to help clients make the house they buy into their home.
I am married to an entrepreneur and a very active man who enjoys all kinds of sports. He trains for Iron Man Races, on top of that he plays soccer, ski, mountain bike, surf etc. I have 3 kids 2 girls and 1 boy who are as active as we are they play mulitiple sports.
As a family we enjoy travelling and love exploring new places. We felt in love with Mexico 6 years ago, before that we traveled to different parts of Hawaii. We know what is like to travel with kids and we are mindful of all their needs. When we choose our properties we always think what would kids want to have it and enjoy it ! What is close by for everyone to enjoy. "Live where you play"- is my tag line

We have traveled to many places as a family and wherever we go we always look at real estate. We have toured many properties but as I mentioned before " live where you play" my family likes to surf and all the sweet surfing spots and rentals are within minutes of this location. This facility offers all the amenities any of the nearby hotels offer at a fraction of the price. So we fell in love and purchased two units. this one is set up for 6 people but we also have a unit that sleeps 8.

This unit in particular is wonderful in terms of accesibility, especially for someone who uses wheelchair or walker. You are able to access this unit stright from parking, and being this is one level garden unit, you can stroll from this unit patio directly to the loan with pools and gardens.
