Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are open and operational, some exterior and common areas may show signs of ongoing work during your stay.

Seawall construction is currently underway and may create daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels vary.

The condo itself is fully operational, and guests continue to enjoy its beautiful ocean views, direct beach access and spacious beachfront accommodations while resort improvements continue.
