Brand new updated luxurious 3 bed, 2 bath True Blue resort condo. Come golf, beach, dine, swim, walk or lounge all in one place. Conveniently located on the 1st floor, so NO STAIRS! The pool is right across the parking lot about 20 ft. Features a fully-equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, complementary wireless internet & cable.

The on-site amenities available are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools and hot tub's, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and amazing cuisine choices. Golfing right on site and a golfing school within walking distance so you can take lessons while on vacation. Unlimited free parking right outside the front door and itā€™s accessible friendly.

All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses and bedding, ensuring both convenience and comfort. The primary suite has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and en suite private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is also an air mattress for your use.

Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your favorite vacation recipes. Spices, oils, coffee K-cups, creamer, sugar, and a few basic necessities are all included.

The Living room is newly furnished and very airy and spacious with lots of light. Plenty of room to gather around for games or watch some movies.

Enter the screened porch from the living room or the primary suite and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine. Sink into one of the chairs and enjoy the beautiful weather as you listen to birds and take in the natural landscape.

True Blue golf course is world class and definitely walkable. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and if that's not enough, there are 8 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

This place was GREAT! We were in town for a tournament, so at the property for only a short time, however, the place was amazingly stocked and super convenient. The management team was super stellar to work woth as well. Will save this gem for the future!

The condo felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the beautiful entry into the community. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay. I didnā€™t realize the condo was pet friendly (my husband booked it) but thought the toy basket with brand new pet toys was such a sweet touch.

Excellent stay at True Blue!

The condo was as described and beautiful. Pool was across the parking lot and easily accessed. Shopping, restaurants, Pubs nearby. We especially enjoyed the Huntington Beach State Park. Lots of trails and beach access. There were six adults and plenty of room for all. We picked up fresh food from the General Store one night that was pre-made and delicious. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to return.

Spacious, Clean and Accommodating

The condo met all our expectations and everything was just as described. Rooms are spacious, furniture and decor is attractive, and everything was clean. We especially appreciated the plentiful dishwashing liquids, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet tissue, and bath products in the bathrooms. Also, spices and coffee pods were amply supplied. It was nice not to have to buy these things to get us thru the week. Owner was quick to respond to most of our questions that I submitted. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine!

Extremely Nice!!

Three of my adult children and my 79 year old aunt traveled to Pawleyā€™s Island from Kentucky. We arrived later in the evening, so we went straight to the condo. We were greeted by a bottle of wine and a welcome message. The space was spotless and all of the appliances worked as they should. Everything we needed for our vacation was provided for us, with the exception of food. We had a couple of questions and were given answers very quickly. This host and accommodations were truly exceptional. We will definitely remember this when booking our next vacation. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Mold in dishwasher and no hot water in kitchen

The property was gorgeous and the space/decor was great within the condo. The furniture was very comfortable as were the beds. No complaints there! In fact, we loved the dining room table and played many games there! The screened in porch was also delightful. It was nice waking up, sitting in the screened in porch, and listening to the birds! The pool was directly across from the condo which was very convenient. However, there wasnā€™t any hot water in the kitchen and the dishwasher had mold in it. Contact with the owner/manager resulted in maintenance coming out to fix the hot water and clean the dishwasher. However, we were uncertain if any of the dishes in the condo were actually clean or not given the lack of hot water and mold in the DW. While maintenance said the hot water was fixed in the kitchen, it was lukewarm at best and never truly got hot. The hot water worked very well in the two bathrooms both at the sinks and in the showers. I did report that the cleaning cycle completed by maintenance for the DW did not clear the device of mold. The owner/manager indicated that the DW would be replaced. Unfortunately, it was not replaced during our stay. She did send a message that dishes could be left stacked in the sink. Which is what we ended up doing. We also ended up going out to eat, rather than cooking in the condo as we had planned, due to the lack of hot water and the mold in the DW. This was not something we anticipated needing to do.
