This condo was sold in the winter of 2022 and the new owner did a lot of work to it to get it in pristine condition for the 2022 rental season. In March of 2022 the condo was fully painted, new furniture purchased, new bedding, all new wall decorations for a more modern, new kitchen appliance and kitchen supplies were purchased. No expense was spared.


This condo has one of the largest balconies of any 2 bedroom condo in all of Panama City Beach. It is 40 Feet long.

This Gulf Crest 2 bedroom condo has a KING size bed in the gulf front master bedroom as well as a King size bed in the 2nd bedroom. It has a queen pull out couch in the living room and also a set of twin size bunk beds in an out of the way area in the living room.

Ride the high speed elevator down to choose one of the two swimming pools,two hot tubs, or the gulf with its white sand. Many excellent restaurants are nearby - Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's (my favorite), Angelos, Hamilton House, Pampanos, to name a few.

You can also go deep sea fishing or enjoy a pontoon boat rental and fish and swim in the bay. Shopping is dominated by a super Wal Mart within one mile. For snacks and Pizza- Wendy's and Pizza Hut are near.

Fishing at the Panama City Pier - about 20 minutes away - is something to experience - no license is required.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
