Venture to the second floor where you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and a 40" flat-screen Smart TV. The full bathroom on this level showcases a stylish marble subway-tiled shower, single sink vanity, and toilet.

CANCELLATIONS- A ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DAY (120) WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN THE CANCELLATION PROCESS. THIS LEASE SHALL BE TERMINATED ONLY AFTER ANOTHER TENANT IS SECURED***OR PERMISSION BY THE LANDLORD IS OTHERWISE GRANTED TO TENANT IN WRITING. IF THE PROPERTY IS RE-RENTED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, AND ALL MONIES DUE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY LANDLORD, THEN A REFUND WILL BE MADE , LESS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $200.00 IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT RE-RENTED, ALL PAYMENTS TO DATE ARE FORFEITED AND THE TENANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BALANCE DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT TENANTS PURCHASE “CANCEL FOR ANY REASON” TRAVEL INSURANCE.
