Rooms and Amenities
This is top, airy, spacious unit with high ceilings, but it does have stairs. For sleeping accommodations, there are two beautifully appointed bedrooms: The top floor houses the master suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom & walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has two beds, a queen and single and the bathtub/shower on the main floor has grab bars. Both bedrooms have their own private lanai, each with ocean views! There is also a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The living room has a recliner chair and smart TV with access to streaming channels. There is also a TV in the upstairs master bedroom. The large living room/dining room has an ocean view with a spacious lanai/balcony. The main lanai provides a large dining table. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need to prepare a simple snack to a gourmet meal.

Each room has 1-2 fans and individual A/C Split Ductless systems

4. Upstairs master bedroom has a large open window to the living room for air flow. The upstairs bedroom is beautiful, but has little sound privacy from living room and kitchen
(A) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.

(B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

(C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.

(D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

Please,

No shoes in the house.

Remove trash regularly (bugs are common in Hawaii).

Upon leaving, please remove trash, wash dishes and close lanai screens.
