Better than a hotel room
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall property is fair ; but bath tub was dirty; property did not have cold water to shower nor did it have outdoor furniture to lounge. Balcony is slanted with fish string covering the view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in these condos for a few years now when vacationing. This year we stayed in condo 3I. The condo definitely needs to upgrade their furniture and carpet it is a bit outdated and the TVs are extremely small. Overall satisfaction with the property is great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked this unit. It is in a nice location, very updated, and very well stocked. A few things would have made it 5 stars all the way. The pillows are awful, hard and flat. I had to go and buy one so my arms did not fall asleep. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets, but I feel that is common with home rentals. Also, in the age of covid, the rental company should have allowed payment of the balance by Credit card or even Zelle. They took the deposit by CC, and I had no way to know that I was going to have to come up with cash or a money order to pay the balance until I had already reserved (too late to cancel and 1 day too late to send an e-check).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and the view was great! The management company was exceptional!!! We had a small situation (downstairs neighbor) and they made sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We will be making this our annual trip!
